I love making soap my family have very sensitive/dry eczema skin so I started making soap for my family. I am hoping to sell my soap but I feel so overwhelmed the more videos I watch. I have been making soap for a little over 2 years. I absolutely love doing it. I sell at a local farmers market and I am getting ready to sell on Amazon handmade. People constantly ask me why I don't make lotions lip balm, etc. I keep telling them "I make soap, period". That is enough for me. I too came to you via Katie's channel. Staying focused and creating a brand is the hardest part. I've been using the 'scraps' from my slabs for fun UA-cam projects. It's nice to get paid for your work but having fun is also a big part of the journey for me. Yep, it's probably holding me back but I really love creating new things. My story so far is ziltch I have made one loaf of soap that started to dry and harden as soon as I added the lavender ?, I stuffed the soap by hand into the mould and actually used it after 3 weeks later. Im having about of depression but the soapmaking makes me feel a little alive and watch your video and a lot the other soap making gals, each evening, keeping me in my love bubble so thank you

I have been struggling finding my Niche and I totally understand what it's like to stay focused because I find myself wanting to make every new and exciting so that I can think of however there are a few of my soaps and body butters that sell the best so I have begun to realize that's where I need to focus.
