I've had mine almost 8 months, have not used the propane side yet, but use the smoker/charcoal side all last summer/fall. Downsides, the smoker smoke leaks out everywhere, but I'm not professionally smoking, so it still works for me. And the grease trap tray holds water if it rains. Like I said I haven't used that side, so I just turned it upside down for now.
I got this exact one too! Tip for smoke loss is just to find where it's leaking and use a little black silicone sealant works wonders
I just bought the same grill on clearance at Lowes for $200 was $659.00. We just put it together. Haven't used it as yet.
