number 2 is one I liked..I don't write in my main bible but i do in my study bibles. only thing is the references at the bottom right sometimes are hard for me to read. Your number 1 is now maybe the style I'll be looking for. I do like VxV also.
Would have been helpful to see the Bibles stacked and side by side. Just to get an idea for size and what it's like to handle them. But I get that you mainly wanted to focus on the layout 👍
I agree with you. I have the Allan and the Cambridge. The crossway I have is a wide margin but the rest is the same, top grain, etc. Cambridge is the best for preaching or teaching. Thanks for the video!
