If it was just his puppy then I think he woulda stopped at killing Theon. Since his dead wife left him that dog.... Well, the result is the movie.
So what do you all think my friend should do? His wife after abusing him for ten years divorced him, in the same year the man's father dies of cancer (the son is the oldest and the one whom the father loved more), his best friend at work and in the union local betrays him & apparently sets off a chain of events which lead not only to the man being transferred to the worst most physical & dangerous job in the place, then the cronies of this "traitor" sabotage and assassinate the man's character till he is walked off the job & fired without just cause, & THEN THE MAN'S TRUCK BREAKS DOWN... he is denied unemployment, considered too old for many jobs... what might that man be capable of wanting to do? How might he feel? Might he take a path similar to Wick's, or like the Michael Douglas character in that movie Falling Down? Think of the possibilities. Lol.
