Thanks Dave. Yes mate it did make it good having that background conversation in it. It wasn’t till I watched it back that I realised how well it fitted
Hi Billy. Not sure what I will do with it now as the latest one I got that you saw is up and running now. I think eventually I will get it driving at least mate
Awesome morning brother and brother another awesome adventure with old Iron revival lol the Ole gal looks fairly good for her age didn't take much to get theole coal rolling !!! Nothing like the smell of diesel smoke in the morning and coal rolling lol 😂 !! Yall were on the spot as always brother !!! Have an awesome day !!!
You certainly were mate. A very loyal viewer indeed. Yes he was there in this one because it was recorded a month or so ago. He will still appear in one or two more at the most and that will be it😞😞
Interesting watch Steve, are you aware these tractors have an excess fuel button at the front of the injector pump ? Open the throttle full on , push the button in on the pump and they start right up ! Enjoy what your doing with all the old gear. Had a look at Old American Iron and had great old laugh at Jeff, is it ,trying to start an old Harley Davidson, he sure does not give up easily, love his White winch truck.
Hi mate. Yes I am aware of it but to be honest I’ve never had to use it. A few of the euro machines I have have that fuel button on them. The other one I have has always started great. This one was full of air because we changed the lift pump. Yes mate it’s Geoffrey. He doesn’t give up no especially trying to start that cat 60. He’s persistent that’s for sure. Nice bloke to have around. That truck is nice and it’s getting him some decent views
I would bet, that Wisconsin dairy farmers stayed with gas longer, because they needed a chore tractor to start every morning , even in cold weather. A lot of early diesels had a reputation of hard starting in cold weather.
I worked all ova with shifter or shifting spanner lots fella,s called em Crescents I tryed too explain Crescents were a brand of USA spanners I got all from tiny too large shifters Crescent brand got em out of Hamersley Iron stores Mt Tom Price
No mate I do agree with you, however, for what you can get them for they are a great performing machine for their size. I paid $5000 aud for a Massey Fergusen 165 and $500 for a zetor 6911 and it will hold its own against the Massey. Both similar hp
@@stevesplacedownunder yeh the old Massey had the Perkins diesel which was hard to beat I picked up a 513 fiat for a grand with just needed the brushes in the starter it didn't look like it had done much work was just sitting in a shed the no power steering and been 24v is one thing that I think goes against it for people who are looking for a tractor.
Yes it has the 236 Perkins my one. I actually have a 513 Fiat also which is 24volt. I think I paid similar money for it. I’ve never done much with it because it’s not an easy machine to drive. The steering is insanely heavy on it. I’d say it’s just how it is because if I jack it up it’s very easy, so there’s nothing wrong with it that I can see. It has solid front wheels for weight I’d say and that doesn’t make it any easier. So I’m sure it turns people off them
Great video Steve. Good to have a second person on the video, a bit of banter. Very enjoyable!
Thanks Dave. Yes mate it did make it good having that background conversation in it. It wasn’t till I watched it back that I realised how well it fitted
Looks like Steve got a new friend 😊❤.
He’s back in Wisconsin now mate. Was a good time whilst he was here

Hi brother. Yes I’ve had this one going before as you saw but wanted to run it and get it warm again. Have a wonderful day thee mate
The Zetor rides again! Didn't take much to get the lift pump workin OK. Great conversation with you and Jeffery! Cheers to both of you.
Yes mate it does. I wanted to start it and get it hot again which is good for an engine that has sat for that long
Well, gosh darn it, I'm first AGAIN!
Awww, was that Roger at 6:44? He was such a cutey.
You certainly were mate. A very loyal viewer indeed. Yes he was there in this one because it was recorded a month or so ago. He will still appear in one or two more at the most and that will be it😞😞
Give it some sniff.

You should keep the tank full of fuel so that it doesn't up mud from the bottom of the tank. You also get condition due to a low fuel tank.
I won’t be filling this one up mate. I doubt I will ever do anything with it now, but still good to have
Nice she ran without start you bastard spray Steve 👍
It certainly did Nick. It was only running on 2 cylinders though but I didn’t look into why. One day mate
Same deal with chain lifts and cumalong ,, cumalong being brand

He did say something along those lines mate yes. And diesels never warmed up even after running
America has its own language when it comes to English. It's not the Queen's English.

That’s right mate. Crescent is the brand. It’s like someone having a toasted sandwich and calling it a breville! Breville make the press 🤣
I'm sorry but it is not american iron , it's czechoslovakisch
I’m sorry but the bloke with me is from Old American Iron UA-cam channel! I know they are Czech because I have 3 of them😁😁😁. I’m sorry 😚😚
mud daubers crash planes
I have no doubt at all. They get into everything here
Those zetors were allways look as a cheap not sort after tractor not the greatest build quality.
