Catching Fish Under the Road in Urban Arizona!

- We were catching our fish under the road! There were a large amount of fish stacked up under the road here in urban Arizona. Due to the heat it makes sense why they would want to be in the shade.
From tilapia to bass, we caught it in the canal! Our bait of choice was worms and bread, and they did equally well!
The tilapia were all good size but no super giants. The bass surprised us with an airborne attack! But he was decent size for a canal fish.
You never know what you will run into when canal fishing in Arizona, so it was super cool to catch these fish stacked under the road.
Even though Arizona is ranked 49th out of 50 states for fishing, you can still find some good fishing! Go out and get them!

My boy fished the city park ponds cats,carp, tilapia but his pb was a 8.25 lb black bass from the bank at apache lake on an overnight camping trip.
