@@tbex8606 I like the MT-07 too. It looks cool, isn’t super expensive and isn’t so fast that you risk losing your license if you rev 2nd gear all the way out on a public road.
Used one came in to a local dealer from a rental company that had 13,400 miles, scratched to hell, terrible tire life left, brake pads weren’t with much longer on both tires. No test drive dealership horse pucky.🤦♂️ they wanted 10,000 for it. Kick rocks was my thoughts. Good luck with your used future purchase.
Being optimistic. I really like this bike and think it would be a good replacement for my Honda. It won’t be available till end of summer though. Who knows.. I could end up with something entirely different. I’m also interested in the KLX and WR. Not sure I could get another 250L as it just won’t be the same. Still bothers me that bike got stolen
Yea man my brother n law had a brand new KTM 250xc-w stolen and he had no insurance on it so every month when he is paying that note he cries. I have thought this bike would be fun for backroad exploring but having to wait until the end of summer would suck. Stay safe
Wow Pennsylvania duel sport my store is very similar to yours, my 2017 CRF250L was stolen as well. I went in the woods played around for about 1.5 hours one day after that I went down to taco mac to have lunch and when I came out of the restaurant my bike was gone, stolen in broad day light. I paid cash for the bike it was brand new still in the crate when I got it. But I always carry full coverage insurance so I did receive a check for my stolen property :-( it still stings today when I think about it. I'm looking at the wr250r and the crf450l like you said getting another crf250l just wont be the same and I really did love that bike...but anyway enough of the bad news I'm really feeling the new t7 I think imma wait on that to come out before I pull the trigger on anything else...
stock is better..now you just lost all your low end torque bc there's no usable back pressure..its lighter and throws the bike off balance..needs reflash if you planned on having more power..gets worse gas milage now..just a waste of $
A slip on effects nothing. If you were to decat it a reflash would be necessary. A slip on for any bike doesn’t add power. It adds responsiveness. All your other points demonstrate you do drugs. You should sell your bike and get into a good rehab program
