Looks very good! Never thought to dehydrate cranberries. But I do dehydrate different veggies and other fruits. I’m thinking dehydrated cranberries would be great in a second ferment for kefir water. I’ll definitely be watching for cranberries next holiday season! Thank you so much!
You can rinse them, but you will want to dry them before adding the oil. I figure they are cooked before dehydrating and already clean in the bag, so I don't worry about it. Maybe that's the farm girl in me, I'm used to eating fruit and veggies right off the plant without washing them. LOL
