In the larger opportunities its a gov tender process. Like all private and gov contracts, the opportunity is put out to market and companies can make a bid to win the contract. These contracts are being offered to land lords and private businesses. Google it. So yes our gov is funding (from our taxes) to house illegal migrants. It is costing us 100's of millions per year. And worse, its a danger to our society and future as a country.

This is now the second video I have watched from the UK and there are certainly some strange goings-on and it always seems to involve foreigners most of whom don't know the law. Very odd.

I stayed in IBIS I had said in Amsterdam but I remembered it was in Paris...4/5 years ago.
They tried charging me for a meal I didnt buy from them. Because they went through my bin and personal effects. They saw food stuff and what I had thrown away, so charged me for two meals. Good job I notice. They refunded me after a bit of humming and harring.
If you want water. They charge you from the bar. Other is in a machine that you pay for. The rooms are basic and bland, nothing unique or special in the IBIS Just glorified rubbish. No tea/coffee or anything in rooms. Overpriced and no breakfast cooked. Packed sandwirches extortionate prices. Thats it.
Not a place I would ever recomend.
I have a couple of fave places in Paris and Amsterdam and the Amsterdam is fantastic to stay and includes buffett breakfast and great dining
3/4 star. Staff are lovely and very kind. ART HOTEL ten mins walk from Amsterdam Central. And so much to see and explore.
But the IBIS is horrible. And I would say they are all the same

i completed an sia level 2 license before, some people on the course spoke broken english, some couldn't read & write, the exam test was given to us with a pencil, everyone passed that day, i knew then the standards of our country's security was being lowered, all the sia security need to be retrained with an oversight committee to produce only high standards to protect like back in the day.
That's nothing. I recently did a two week SIA Security Guarding course, funded by the DSS (yes, I'm on UC, ashamed of it, and trying to get work).
There was an Afghan guy on the course who's English was so bad, it would literally take 45 minutes for the (insanely patient) tutor to communicate the smallest bit of info to him and understand his response.
After a few days, the tutor confided in the rest of us that he didn't know how he was going to explain to this guy that he won't be able to pass the exams because of his poor English. Start of the second week, and this Afghan guy showed the tutor his SIA DOOR SUPERVISOR certificates! This Afghan guy's English was so bad, he couldn't even understand that he already had a HIGHER qualification thN this one the DSS had sent him on!
The tutor later told us there is no way the guy legitimately passed the course (even though his certificates were legit).
He told us there are many centres where someone else with sit the exams for the applicant if they pay the right price, and that this MUST have happened in this case, as this Afghan could barely even understand where to write his name. I felt really gutted that I was pursuing such a worthless qualification, and I realise now that most of these SIA holders have not even done an hour of training. The Afghan got his certificates from z place in Woking, Surrey, GU21 5HD... not even London or Birmingham, but leafy Surrey. What has this country come to?

I saw one small Hotel in Great Yarmouth where the owner was offered £37K a month from the government for this. He refused as the other Hotels who had accepted the offer had been trashed by the occupants. No compensation for repairing the damages caused.

I wanna stay in Ibis Hotel, as I have always had a great stay , I hear they do a great full English breakfast, unlimited bacon sausage and eggs, rooms are cleaned daily and the swimming pool is amazing and not to mention great hospitality 5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ rating assured
