Lots of really great points. I hadn't really considered the power of the Rainbow Luffy to make sure you can trigger cards that let your leader trigger stuff. And the thoughts about wanting to go 1st or 2nd was really nice too.

There aren't any handles dedicated to posting tournament results, but I am planning to start to do this sort of content every week to couple of weeks to talk about how the meta is shaping up!

So if the luffy was for seal battle in the east is he legal for us in the west to use him in pre release

My OP07 prerelease event let me run any leader, but not rainbow luffy

for Pre-Release I believe he is not legal, but some stores play with their own rules so best to ask them
