Even when he was at Jackson state people had said that Shilo was not as good as he was marketed as, as there was good reason why he was not a starter at South Carolina. I am interested in how Coach Prime does without his children, as I think he teams will improve because the focus will not be on his children.
Shilo is great for marketing, but he is not a starter. He has tackling issues every game, he is the #1 weakness on the defense. He is a hard hitter but not a hard tackler - and that's the biggest difference, the latter brings the offensive player to the ground the former just contributes to the highlight reel. We dont need highlights we need comptence on the field. I love the guy, but the team is better without him starting!!!

Yes we had 2 losses to Nebraska 1 but we won the conference & beat them 62-36 in the last regular season game,& in a game not as close as that score.Colorado also had a much tougher schedule & beat Texas for the Big 12 title...the team Miami would've killed for the National Title had Texas beat us for the 2nd-& most important time that season.
