I don’t think our defense is as bad as all you other Bama fans are making it out to be. You got to remember this is still a team that beat Georgia and can get picks when they need it (end of Georgia game and todays game with the pick) then we’re able to get a few fumbles too. I just think we’re young and yeah undisciplined at times. I think our defense is good/mediocre right now and this isn’t our ceiling to how we can perform on that side of the ball. Idk to me there are glimpses of us playing pretty good at times on defense, like I said I just think we are young. And also I just think the SEC is really tough and competitive this year, there are a lot of good teams in this conference.

Seems like a lot of teams are struggling with the supposedly lesser teams in the SEC this year. We are seeing fairly close games, no one is blowing other SEC opponents out besides TX.

Our secondary is having major issues. We gotta do more than getting pressure on the qbs we need to figure out how to stop these passes

So perhaps you could say something about the difference between PAC coaching and SEC . This is a much tougher league. I don't like to say anything against the coaching. We aren't a second half team quite like we used to be.. I think it's a coaching and depth/experience issue on defense.. offense is fine but we still have a sus defense and OL still makes mistakes.. I was wondering if they even knew who they were playing and questioning there preparation when we was just letting SC's best defender get after Milroe untouched and letting 3 dudes touch the onside kick and still giving them the ball.. almost like they didn't study SC whatsoever leading up to the game

We aren't a second half team quite like we used to be.. I think it's a coaching and depth/experience issue on defense.. offense is fine but we still have a sus defense and OL still makes mistakes.. I was wondering if they even knew who they were playing and questioning there preparation when we was just letting SC's best defender get after Milroe untouched and letting 3 dudes touch the onside kick and still giving them the ball.. almost like they didn't study SC whatsoever leading up to the game
Matt, I am sick and tired of, after a couple of stalled drives, we get a nice drive going, get to the opponents 40 yard line and can’t help but run some flea flicker Bullehit trick play that hasn’t worked once. When those type of plays fail, it never fails, it kills the drive.
