Some of these Bronze era guys had the body resembling Frank Zane in his prime but these guys had no steroids, creatine, quality protein & supplements. Just heavy training and probably clean eating. Love this channel!

You can't beat the old fashion basics. They seem to be more in harmony with the body's anatomy and they definitely work.

Carlos, i think the reason the bronze era bodybuilders looked like they did because the food supply back then was much more nutritious and more free of harmful chemicals and GMOs. The further into the 20th century one goes the more the food and water becomes defacto poisoned.

So true, glysophates & genetically modified gluten is making everyone fat & unhealthy in the U.S. Carlos is lucky he is in Switzerland. Let's all go visit Carlos & use his gym.

Carlos, Thank you for your videos. They keep me inspired to work out. Love those globe weights, you must have another place to work out at home other than your Vince's gym.

When I was a teenager, a very long time ago by the way, I saw a picture of Ed doing an underhand body weight row I started doing them and my lats and biceps blew up. Then I started doing more of his body weight exercises with great results, he really knew what he was doing. Thanks for doing a video on him.

Great breakdown on an unsung hero of the legendary era.
Proving once again that the bare basic fundamentals have always worked.
Good demonstrations with the globe bb's 😎⚡

Bye all means Sir share the wealth of information. Ed was definitely a true pioneer and Master Iron Man of both Bronze and Silver Era of bodybuilding. This would be a boon if study his methods of building a stronger, wider back also has functional strength.
