I really wanted to take woodwork in high school but could not because the sawdust affected me severely. So nice to watch this knowing you put so much work and care into a beautiful end product. 👏 nice work.
Thank you so much for the kind words! I’m allergic to dust in general that’s why I wear the P100 mask. It seem to have helped work with saw dust. I’m sorry to hear you had severe side affects from saw dust. Take care!
Hey dude, love your videos, feels like someone who is working in a “real garage” like mine, and not some professional looking giant workshop (not to say those other guys aren’t great, you’re just very relatable). Keep it up!
Liked the video even before watching. Always a pleasure to watch your videos. Edit: I definitely love your humor.! 😂 Looking forward to seeing that new drillpress. And the table top turned out stunning, especially the color of epoxy you used looks perfect in that application. Only concern i have is the grain direction in the cross support...
Good catch on the grain direction of the cross supports. That came from a cookie slab(the one that I made the cutting board from) so it was all end grain. I'm hoping because it's thick, it'll hold! So far so good!
+348. Hello my new friend. This coffee table is great. you did a very good job. Congratulations. Thank you for sharing. I saw that we had something in common. I also do woodwork as a hobby. I am happy to be on your channel. I think we have a lot to learn from each other. I want to see you on my channel too. See you all the time. The bell (notifications) for you will always stay on. A warm hug. Big greetings. Stay healthy and happy...
I have tools from different brands, mostly entry level like Wen, Ryobi, Porter Cable, Craftsman. As well as a few mid range ones like DeWalt and one Festool. Bosch is by far the brand where I have most number of tools. It started with the REAXX table saw. Since then I have added a bunch of them, including all my main cutting tools- table saw, miter saw and the track saw. I fondly call them holy trinity lol! I have had great luck with all brands! The track saw these days has been especially a delight to use as it allows me to cut down the slabs accurately!
After milling/sanding the purple heart, how did you get the color back? I know with time/sunlight it will come back, but I wonder if you accelerated the process at all somehow?

Thank you! I work in my less than 100 sqft basement workshop! It would be awesome to have big space of course, lol!

Haha, thanks! This is probably the simplest design I've built so far!

@@KiranBhatWoodworking see you all the time.
You have a lot of Bosch Tools.
How reliable are they for you? I'm thinking of going Bosch myself.
That is really nice.

Nice bench!
Thank you!
Belo trabalho!
Thank you!
“Opportunity to buy a new tool” 😂... man after my own heart
Haha. My requirements from a drill press are pretty simple and don't have the floor space for a large one! I just ordered a Wen drill press!.
After milling/sanding the purple heart, how did you get the color back? I know with time/sunlight it will come back, but I wonder if you accelerated the process at all somehow?
I polished with paste wax. It’ll need some elbow grease but you’ll get the color back!
Nice build. Where are you based out of.
Thanks! I’m in Michigan!
Hello A very beautiful project Do you have pdf plan ? I want to make one Thanks for sharing
Thanks! I have the sketchup file and with a free extension called "the cut list" you can make a parts diagram as well as layout diagram.
@@KiranBhatWoodworking Thanks
Message me on FB or Insta if you need the file. I can generate the cut list and the diagram for you, if you are not familiar with Sketchup!
