My husband passed 12 years ago. I can talk about him now without tears, finally. For the first two years, I cried daily. Thought the tears would never dry up. Time was all that seemed to help me. I do know how your heart hurts. People told me to get something for depression, and I refused. I said I knew why I was depressed, and it would eventually get better. Pills are NOT the answer for everything we have to face.
People are always saying how blessed you are to have the family you have who all jump in and help you in any crisis. But they don’t seem to realise that your family didn’t get that way magically!!! It’s because of the way you and Gigi raised them!! The time effort love patience discipline teachings understanding and modelling of what a good person is and how they behave and treat others- that is why they grew up into such extraordinary emotionally intelligent people who put family first and are always ready to help you and Gigi and each other!!! You and Gigi are the foundation of a great family!!! ❤❤❤🙌🏻

Morning PawPaw. I hope u r staying cool and resting. A week ago yesterday my mom passed away here at home. I’ve been her caregiver for past 3 yrs. She had stroke Oct 23 and never recovered. She was my best friend and I miss her. 75 yrs old.
