In Ireland we are only a Republic 103 years .We show respect for the men and woman every Easter Sunday .The Irish serve on peace keeping missions and some have lost theirs lives ,our Garda ,irish for police have dies ,its hurts our ❤ as a small country we try our best to remember that being free comes with a price, violence leaves a scar on our country ,whut the help if American Politicians,we got the Good Friday Agreement ,so peace on the Island of Ireland became a reality .We are greatfull that mothers ❤are not being broken ,children growing up with hate ,its a journey ,but as we get older there is hope that we can get along ,share,and listen to one another .Thank you and your country for keeping us and others safe in this 🌎.Love seeing you drop by for a chat ❤.💚☘️🤗

Did you see that beetle or whatever it was crawling under his arm when he was doing the bees? It went running off and I think a couple of bees went after it.

Hi Paw Paw, I felt quite sad seeing all those dead bees. Over here we have a voluntary "no mow may". So we don't mow our grass throughout the entire month. It's amazing to see all the insects that are encouraged to visit. I know it's not for everybody because some like their lawns pristine with not a blade out of place but I think the weeds/wild flowers are much more beautiful to look at. Paw paw thank you for your service, my daddy served in WWII in the navy⚓. He's been gone now for 17 year's. I miss him so much. You know on his last three breathes he got out i- love- you to my mama. They were together 60 years. The sweetest couple they sat and held hands. Two weeks before daddy passed I was still sitting in his lap. I wouldn't trade the kind of love my daddy had for us for nothing in this world. I can still see him coming across the field toward home, when I look out back. I hope I never lose that vision. Men like you and him, they just don't make anymore. God bless you🌹

Some people get upset when people say “Happy” Memorial Day. My small town celebrates one of its fallen soldiers. We do a 5K, food trucks, small fair and airplane rides. This event is put on by his mother and our town. His mother wants people to be happy and celebrate her son’s life as well as remembering him. He wouldn’t want it any other way ❤️

My first husband was a Marine veteran who fought on Iwo Jima. Memorial Day was very important to him as well as very sad. He lost many a friend there. I can't even imagine. He received a Purple Heart, but I he always felt guilt for coming home when his buddies didn't.
Good morning Paw Paw! What a way to start out my morning 😁 with bees! I have been wanting bees for a long time. I think next year after i get my fruit trees in fences up around my backside of my property. I've learned a lot more about keeping bees watching you, Stephanie and Buddy. I learned a little bit from my uncle when I was a kid. He was from Germany and had a huge bee house right in the middle of their very big garden. ..... We would walk in the bee house all geared up and I was the one who held the smoker. I enjoyed it so much. I don't want one that big but the box like you have is pretty cool. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge 💓🐝💓.

Hope you have a happy Memorial Day Pawpaw we in the UK our working towards our Rememberance of DD day 80yrs ago that many lives were lost My dad landed in Normandy along with some American companies as well alot didn't go home. 😢😢 we always celebrated and remembered my dad's fallen comrades and the family carry it on.❤❤
My Mother lost her 1st husband at the Battle of the Bulge. He was 19 years old when he lost his life. They got married before he was shipped out. So tragic that so many of our young men of that generation lost their lives.

Morning Pawpaw, I just rolled out the high winds coming through Dallas with you. It's pretty scary when those sirens go off in the dark. They thought there was some tornado activity in Garland, Rowlett area. But it was just 70/75 mi an hour winds here at the Love Field area. "Just" It was enough to get me up out of bed and moving... Boy oh boy I need some coffee☕. Glad my powers back on... I sure hope you can save the Keisha house. Be a shame for you to be left with no bees. I hope that little Hive on the fence will work maybe there's a queen in that one🐝🐝🐝

PawPaw, you have those fur babies spoiled rotten. lol. In my entire life I have only met two people here in this southwestern part of Virginia who are working with bee hives. I am now wondering the reason for this when honey is such a high demand product and has so many medical benefits and more being discovered all the time. Same is to be said about gardening. I remember when I was growing up that almost everyone would plant gardens for their personal use and then many would sell their goods at the flea markets or just along the side of the roads. Your family has brought back so many memories of my childhood as I watch your channels and all the things that happen around your homes which make me miss so many of these normal ways of living with nature and raising the animals and foods that we eat. People nowadays just seem to be living life with so little meaning and are missing out on so very many interesting and productive ways that make our lives better. Nowadays it's like let's give those babies a cell phone so we can post more selfies or scroll fb for the latest posts and forget about sharing family time or going outside to play. It's truly sad when one should think of the way this world has changed right before our very eyes and is now nothing like the life we had known growing up in the country. I could rant for days and fill page after page with this rant, but I won't do that to you PawPaw because I know that you read these comments.🙃😂

Good morning, PawPaw 🌞 ☕️ I was nervous when you were working with the bees. Do you ever get stung? I've never known anyone who works with bees personally, but I know it is important. Do you keep the frames you were tossing aside? I guess I have a lot of questions. Lol I'll also look at Buddy and Steph's bee videos, too. I do buy our local honey at the farm stand and not at the grocery store for sweetening hot tea, making certain things, and sometimes I use it to try to build my immune system with my allergies. Are you coming down with a cold, PawPaw? Sending prayers for you, and for Gigi. 🙏🏻 I know Kim was saying that several of y'all were just kind of worn out from the flood prep, then the clean up, and trying to still get some stuff back to normal, so I know about that here in northern Florida with hurricaine season, plus the heat and allergy seasons. Thank you for your service…my father was drafted and did not get to walk for his diploma. He was in the Army and was in the first wave on the beaches of Normandy. He was such a proud American…always flew the American flag 🇺🇸 as do we. I love America and pray for our country 🙏🙏🇺🇸

My first husband was a Marine veteran who fought on Iwo Jima. Memorial Day was very important to him as well as very sad. He lost many a friend there. I can't even imagine. He received a Purple Heart, but I he always felt guilt for coming home when his buddies didn't.

Good morning Paw Paw! What a way to start out my morning 😁 with bees! I have been wanting bees for a long time. I think next year after i get my fruit trees in fences up around my backside of my property. I've learned a lot more about keeping bees watching you, Stephanie and Buddy. I learned a little bit from my uncle when I was a kid. He was from Germany and had a huge bee house right in the middle of their very big garden. ..... We would walk in the bee house all geared up and I was the one who held the smoker. I enjoyed it so much. I don't want one that big but the box like you have is pretty cool. Thanks again for sharing your knowledge 💓🐝💓.

My dad landed in Normandy along with some American companies as well alot didn't go home. 😢😢 we always celebrated and remembered my dad's fallen comrades and the family carry it on.❤❤
My Mother lost her 1st husband at the Battle of the Bulge. He was 19 years old when he lost his life. They got married before he was shipped out. So tragic that so many of our young men of that generation lost their lives.

Very interesting what your doing with the bees. The flood really did a number on your bee hives. I hope your able to get,another queen. Sounds to me theres alot of bees. Morning Pawpaw, I just rolled out the high winds coming through Dallas with you. It's pretty scary when those sirens go off in the dark. They thought there was some tornado activity in Garland, Rowlett area. But it was just 70/75 mi an hour winds here at the Love Field area. "Just" It was enough to get me up out of bed and moving... Boy oh boy I need some coffee☕. Glad my powers back on... I sure hope you can save the Keisha house. Be a shame for you to be left with no bees. I hope that little Hive on the fence will work maybe there's a queen in that one🐝🐝🐝

PawPaw, you have those fur babies spoiled rotten. lol. In my entire life I have only met two people here in this southwestern part of Virginia who are working with bee hives. I am now wondering the reason for this when honey is such a high demand product and has so many medical benefits and more being discovered all the time. Same is to be said about gardening. I remember when I was growing up that almost everyone would plant gardens for their personal use and then many would sell their goods at the flea markets or just along the side of the roads. Your family has brought back so many memories of my childhood as I watch your channels and all the things that happen around your homes which make me miss so many of these normal ways of living with nature and raising the animals and foods that we eat. People nowadays just seem to be living life with so little meaning and are missing out on so very many interesting and productive ways that make our lives better. Nowadays it's like let's give those babies a cell phone so we can post more selfies or scroll fb for the latest posts and forget about sharing family time or going outside to play. It's truly sad when one should think of the way this world has changed right before our very eyes and is now nothing like the life we had known growing up in the country. I could rant for days and fill page after page with this rant, but I won't do that to you PawPaw because I know that you read these comments.🙃😂

I've never known anyone who works with bees personally, but I know it is important.
Do you keep the frames you were tossing aside?
I guess I have a lot of questions. Lol
I'll also look at Buddy and Steph's bee videos, too.
I do buy our local honey at the farm stand and not at the grocery store for sweetening hot tea, making certain things, and sometimes I use it to try to build my immune system with my allergies.
Are you coming down with a cold, PawPaw? Sending prayers for you, and for Gigi. 🙏🏻 I know Kim was saying that several of y'all were just kind of worn out from the flood prep, then the clean up, and trying to still get some stuff back to normal, so I know about that here in northern Florida with hurricaine season, plus the heat and allergy seasons.

I am a bee keeper too Mr. Gene. Bee stuff is so expensive. I try to keep about 10 hives. People just do not know how much the frames cost.
