Fat is something that's entirely controlled by someone, maybe take more care of your body. From past experience I've seen people who remove fat from their body through unnatural ways are lazy and end up regaining that fat later (like 10 months)
In april 2023 I weighed 345 pounds. Now, October 2023 I weight 302. +40 pounds lost because of 2 triggering events: I broke 2 office chairs in a span of 3 months (Jan-Apr 2023) and because I saw various visceral fat videos from this channel either on YT or Tiktok days later after the second broken chair incident. Both events rewired my brain and made me understand and acknowledge that I have a very bad lifestyle and I needed a change ASAP. This is what weight loss commercials should be like. They should also mention calorie deficits cause a lotta people seem to think they just need to eat less but there’s more too it
You need to do sprints and cut carbs to target visceral fats. You need to release special molecules called myokines from maximum effort exercises to signal the body to burn this stuff. Endurance runners, vegans, people who eat carbs can be skinny but full of visceral fat. look up Sean Omara - he's dedicated his life to getting thousands of people to get rid of visceral fat... with MRI scans as proof. He's the real deal.
Jesus. Seeing this visually has done more for my determination to lose belly fat/weight than anything else. I can't comprehend an abstract risk of "heart disease", but when I see the organs just squished out from the visceral fat, I get the sudden urge to head to the gym!
Your liver stores 8 hours worth of glucose for energy and when its gone and you don't eat then the body takes the visceral fat and converts it into energy. That's why fasting or just not eating for more than 8 hours is very good for you
lol, I'm pretty sure instead of stopping eating you should primarily change your diet, but probably eat less as well unless you're trying to get jacked or something idk.

I refuse to get sick and die from eating like shit, disease caused by my own ignorance. Life changing food choices and increasing exercise will save my life. If anyone is struggling with weight signs of fatty liver (visceral fat), you can change your circumstances, your liver can fully regenerate regardless of what doctors tell you-you just need to 180 your lifestyle, eating habits and sedentary way of life. Eat green, eat clean, eat protein.

My visceral fat measurement is in the green. I have loose stomach muscles due to pregnancies. It was such a relief getting those results but I am still working hard on my core in regards to muscle and fat.
It's very easy.. although you don't get to decide what kind of science is preformed after you've donated. Call your local hospital and they can typically refer you to who can help with after death body donation. They will ( in most cases from the # of areas I've researched) will also cremate and mail you the "remains" for burial or what ever of the family member once teachings are done. Typically with in 1 year. There is no cost for this. My dad signed up for this so my brother and I also don't have to pay for his body care.
Just a reminder to everyone out there, please don't touch someone's visceral fat without their consent. Having said that we need more videos about visceral fat.

If you are thinking that you need to change your lifestyle, I hope this video rewire your brain and trigger the change you want as it did with me.
This is so wholesome. I’m glad you’re working on yourself. Your comment can help inspire others to do the same and I hope it does. Much respect. You got this!
U need 2 office chairs to tell you your fat ?
You got this dude. 💪🏻 It'll be tough and you will face several walls and mountains, but don't lose heart. Keep putting one foot in front of the other and you will get better.
Im proud of you🫶🏼💗
👍👍👍
😮This is giving me more motivation to eat healthier and to move more😅 Thank you for this!
😮 The video is so incomplete but message delivered. Dang this crazy.
Shout-out to the man who donated his body for this
is this a real body?
@@rohinibodhale1399 yes
from all those years of big mac
Sugar does that too.
Protect your liver, lower insulin.
Fat doesn't make you fat, sugar makes you fat. Eating fat only raises triglycerides.
Adiposal fat is caused by excess glucose and insulin.
@@lohphatBig Macs have added sugar, especially in the bread. Sugar's added to almost every fast food, package food, and/or processed food. Food industry knows that the human body loves sugar, so they add it to everything.
@@girlofanimation Yep. Which is why I cook for myself or when I eat out I watch what I consume.
@@lohphat same. I also have my own small garden and am involved with my local community garden for some fresh fruits and vegetables.
The “big is beautiful” crowd are silent on this?
Thank you. I was explaining this to a client yesterday!
Ok...that alone is enough for me to go on a diet and change my lifestyle
They should show this on national tv for prevention of obesidy
The jewish zionist ✡️ cartel won't allow it
Obesity is profitable that's the issue
Guys its not only limited to obese people it can occur in "thin" people too!
but it's about who is most likely a body like this.
Everyone has visceral fat, but of course it needs to be in normal amounts.
I'm classed as thin on the outside, fat on the inside. My visceral fat level is 14, the top level shld be 9!! That video is going to make me do something about it😮
I think that's what's referred to as "skinny fat". That happens when you have a poor body composition (can be fixed by building muscle). But Im still gonna put some money that this cadaver has excess fat in a lot of places
Yeah in those on keto diets. Keeps you looking slim but the high fat eventually builds up inside. I've been on a plant based diet for 2 years, low fat, no oils or butters and low on processed foods. All of my numbers are perfect, in the athletic range, visceral fat is a 1.
I now release all mental, emotional and energetic blocks that are stopping me from receiving and experiencing more abundance in my life right now.
I’m open and I’m ready to receive and I’m excited for all the blessings and abundance is on its way to me. I receive I receive I receive. Thank you dear Universe.🙏
I love this! Thanks!
Is this a fat prayer
I am inbetween a weight loss journey… this video terrified me.. I am gonna push my limits to get my body and life under control
FINALLY!!! a fat donor. More please
😢😮
more fat people 😅
Lol 😂😂😂
I don't know if I should laugh or cry
actually this donor could easily have been a skinny dude. reminder that skinny =/ healthy. Wouldn't surprise if s number of skinny people have visceral fat levels like this but since we're only taught to fear subcutaneous fat they assume they're "fine"
Wrong title: How Your Body Burns Fat
Proper title: Visceral Fat Distribution
This immediately breaks down any try of "body positive" theories
Ah thank you, just the extra weight loss motivation i needed.
Lesson learned: don’t eat an egg and sausage sandwich that match the colors of that body while watching this short.
I had a laparoscopy surgery where they took photos. I was absolutely full of visceral fat. It was definitely a real eye opener that I needed to lose weight, and I did!💪
How overweight were you?
Good for you 🎉congratulations ❤
Gross
Good work!💪😊
imagine donating your body to science and you just get called fat
Ah yes- body 'positivity' because having your organs encased in fat is soooo positive.
Oh wow finally a visual reference...bloody hell that's scary
Props to the guy who donated himself
I lost my driver's license and had to bicycle everywhere. My visceral fat dissolved and I never felt better in my life
Had 3 boiled eggs a banana and some water this morning after a 3 mile walk. Just that alone is enough to lose a lot of fat over time but i also do some weight lifting too. Only way to get healthy is to have a healthy mindset.
So true! Good job! Keep going!
I want you to know how much the world appreciates these videos. 😊
Eye opener bro! Doctors talk about visceral fat but as we cannot even picture it in our minds...😬🧟♂️ thanks! Please promote this..I'm sharing with a lot of people!
Holy ISH. Doubling down om exercise, thanks for showing this!
Imagine this guy's an actual serial killer storing and explaining real bodies
More videos like this please. I had no idea it looked like this.
The way he said the heart is inside there gave me chills for some reason
I’m never gonna eat junk food the same after watching this video
Ok, there was zero discussion of “how” in this reel.
I recently finally go under 300 pounds and still losing. This just made me wanna lose it even faster.
This illustrates the danger of visceral fat very effectively.
"Im not fat Im big-boned" type of people
😂😂😂
Omg never really imagined all the fat hanging around your organs like that, this is so siff
Wow..this was a great demonstration.
Going low carb + fasting + exercise today
lmao same
i love when these cadaver vids pop up in my feed..when my plans dont come to fruition and self control is not enough its a nice reminder of "oh damn that could be me😂"
Low carb= no energy
Fasting = no energy and makes you more likely to binge eat
Excersizing = good, duh, but you have no energy thus making it self torture
Please consult a physician and a trainer and do research on how this shit ACTUALLY works
That model is so well designed that it looks so real even though i haven't seen the inside of a human body.
thats amazing you sure do give unique content mate!
This is what weight loss commercials should be like. They should also mention calorie deficits cause a lotta people seem to think they just need to eat less but there’s more too it
Weight Loss companies don't want you to stop eating unhealthy, they want you to purchase their solutions.
Good luck, wishing you a healthy life ❤
Nah dont go to the gym just fast youll lose fat so *FAST*
Don’t listen to the other guy. Eat healthy foods aka no fast food and workout atleast 3x/week for atleast an hr with cardio for 30 mins
Your liver stores 8 hours worth of glucose for energy and when its gone and you don't eat then the body takes the visceral fat and converts it into energy. That's why fasting or just not eating for more than 8 hours is very good for you
But some people don't lose weight even if they fast 😞
Seeing this just put things into perspective!
I need to watch this video before I eat anything 😐
Anything? Like are you saying you need to watch this before eating so you lose your appetite... or is this sarcasm
Same. This will be my plan going forward. Watch video...then eat.....if I still can eat.... after watching video.
lol, I'm pretty sure instead of stopping eating you should primarily change your diet, but probably eat less as well unless you're trying to get jacked or something idk.
Been on a weightloss journey for 6 months. 43 yrs young, 6 foot 1, 240 lbs with signs of fatty liver/poor liver function😢
6mo later, down to 219 lbs and still going hard with 20 more lbs to go.
Bro I read this as "1,240 pounds" 😅
@@kinkycowboy69 😂😂😂
I see that! Definitely not that big!
I should add a comma😂
Nice dude that's badass, 43 and not giving up is true strength. I'm on my second weight loss journey, sitting at 6'1 205-208 currently. Better keep it up man, I might have to check back here someday for a status update 🙌 💪 stay strong warrior
50 yr old lady here and i also was diagnosed with fatty liver and did the same thing - joined a gym started lifting weights and 4 yrs later i’m in the best shape of my life better than at 25 or 30 and my bloodwork at my last physical is clean as a whistle- also reversed the fatty liver and got taken off metformin because i was also pre diabetic
Congrats!! That’s awesome!!! 👏 totally agree your body is designed to literally renew itself. You just have to give it the tools to do it❤
My visceral fat measurement is in the green. I have loose stomach muscles due to pregnancies. It was such a relief getting those results but I am still working hard on my core in regards to muscle and fat.
Seeing this while I'm on the treadmill at the gym... Instantly bumped up the incline to 11 instead of 5.
Honestly id love for my body to be donated for the purpose of education like this. Its so fascinating.
"I'm not fat, my meat is just marbled"
Lol that’s a good one.
I'm just made of wagyu 😢😢
That's worse.
Not me eating eggs and mushrooms in the color scheme of visceral fat and organs while watching this video 💀
the grind starts today .. this changed me💀🙏
Okay….diet starts tomorrow.
Thank you for the visual reality!
This has motivated me to exercise more than ANYTHING else ever has….
Just a reminder to everyone out there, please don't touch someone's visceral fat without their consent. Having said that we need more videos about visceral fat.
You've just shown me a bunch of expired scrambled eggs and said it was fat
This is where I found out our body is not hollow between organs 💀
Yeah, everything's packed in there pretty tightly, there's not much free space in the abdominal or thoracic cavities.
