Well done! Nothing better than Williams Jct. just past sunrise! A hot cup of coffee, an egg mcmuffin, some scanner traffic and a west bound!! Thanks for posting!
The last 12 years before my retirement I drove long haul. I very much enjoyed driving through the southwest, and am very familiar with all of the area's shown here. It was entertaining to watch and chase these huge freight trains from the interstates. I am confused about one thing, in one shot you say that BNSFxxxx is eastbound and is on the track closest to the camera, then another shot the eastbound is on the far track from the camera. ???? I am open to a trick of the camera, but I can't figure it out. Any help out there? Citizens have no idea how much freight is moved by train!
Jake, would you mind telling me what software and computer you use to edit your great videos? Mac with imovie and tons of ram perhaps. Your work is professional grade. Thank you!
Good video but still to much rolling stock especially on unit trains , boring . We don't have to see every DPU set although they maybe new to you in which case i can understand your showing them.
I prefer to watch the whole video , not skip through it. As far as DPU's are concerned . You'll see more of them because longer trains mean less trains and less crews. Rail traffic is down nation wide and the rail roads will cut costs

Excellent footage. Well done. Greetings from the Train Lord in South Australia a long way away from this epic action.
The scenery along with the trains are excellent, but that "Money Shot" at the very end in the sunset was absolutely spectacular!
17:07 MSTS ENGINE STILL ALIVE!!!!! MAN!! What a beauty :)

Drove long haul from the '70s- '90s. On parallel interstates some train personnel (engineers/conductors??) used to talk to us on the CB radio.
All through northern Arizona. Thanks.
Excellent video.
That's great news Ferromex locomo on this city, cool,
Maravilloso,gracias.
Great looking footage Mr. Jake, can't believe how well you're lighting is considering the harsh environment of summer.
Run into any rattlesnakes btw.
Awesome stuff and awesome vantage points, dude. Keep em coming, bub!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
MG
I love seeing Matson containers on the mainland.
KCS 4006! Nice! 10:28
Great catch with FXE unit
I'm now confused is BNSF trying PSR on some of their trains or like why was there a column of tank cars and reefers on the rear of a intermodal
Fantastic!
Great footage. Do you have wallpapers available anywhere? Would love to have one of that last scene.
Great video
Great video. What camera did you use?
Great stuff👌
Buen video saludos desde Bolivia
Nice catch man 💪🏾 it’s rare to see ferromex leading in the US
not as rare as you might think,
@@DanMeyer80 I never seen a sd70 ferromex unit sooooo its pretty much rare to me lol.
Did they raise the speed limit thru flagstaff? Trains seem to be going faster to me
Does anybody know what the trailing units on the train at 11:55 Primarily what road 4806 comes from
Unitedforever KCS 4006 is KCS’s commemorative Veterans unit. It was released November of last year.
Maybe not rare in SW US, but to me rare is Ferromex leading BNSF. Ferromex is 26% owned by Union Pacific.
Hello I literally watch your videos all the time I follow you on Instagram

YES!!
By the way I'm. That_one_up_guy
I luv the close up shots, but enough with the drone shots! That's just lazy
Joel Nordstrom I don’t have a drone lol. Opposite of lazy, I actually hike for the over view shots :)

What kind of Rail Fan are you? We absolutely need to see every DPU!
if you have to watch a 100 or more inter model cars just see DPU's it's time you got a life
@@davecunningham5285 Yeah, that's why there is a thing called a "fast forward" tab on the bottom of the video. It really is a miracle device!
Don't watch trains if you're not willing to watch all of them you don't really know what's going to be in a train from one to the next.
