Hi Mary I love you’re channel. I’m a licensed esthetichian just wanted to clarify that chocolate does not cause acne. I’m dry sensitive mature skin type and I eat a decent amount of chocolate. I never experience breakouts. If I do breakout it’s more often when I’m not removing my makeup in the evening before bedtime. You may want to be more scrupulous with your makeup removal and PM cleansing routine. Also very important to alcohol your cell phone and change your pillowcases frequently.
Thank you to the person that asked the question _"cardio, first or last?"_ because I heard to lose weight I should do my strength training first and then cardio but sometimes my strength training is so intense I don't do my cardio then I feel a little guilty that I did not get my cardio in. Thank you Mary Helen for your expert advice, I've never been to a gym or had a personal trainer so I really rely on and appreciate the tips I receive from online/dvd trainers. I must tell you that ur 5 must have ballet beautiful legs workout wow I tell u this is one of my normal routines on a daily basis 4 legs with a few more thrown in 4 good measures... I so love those workouts its a bit difficult but boy do they work and am also a Kathak dancer in training so can u imagine what I go through 6 days a week... thank u again 4 uploading..
