- Using a simple tool like the Milwaukee Digital Angle Gauge can speed things up and help you produce more precise work. This little digital angle gauge is not meant to replace a level, but it's meant to provide an angle in reference to a surface or plane. This works great for the blade on a table saw, referencing a drill bit to the table on a drill press, and of course, running conduit and air lines. This Milwaukee Digital Angle Gauge is only $30. #milwaukeetool #tools #howto

To zero an angle gauge on the table saw, place it on the table, not the insert. Table saw inserts may not be perfectly co-planar with the actual table.
Looks like a rebranded outsourced item with a red sticker. These are handy setting up machine things square. Great for jobsite saws. Mine comes with lasers and recharges via USB. Side magnets are a blessing.
Yes, several of these different digital gauges look very similar. Thanks for watching.
If you are a carpenter of any sort one of these should be in your arsenal.
Forgot to show how useful it is for squaring a miter saw. Saved me from keeping a defected miter saw. Kept trying to square up with machine square and when I got this, the blade itself was angles and would not adjust, something with the mechanism.
I have Klien tools. They are handy but not necessarily accurate. It depends on where you want to do it and how flat the surface you are working on is. If it is milwaukee, they should consider put it on USB platform.
I like the illuminated display, mine has a basic contrast LED and its tough to read in dim areas.
You're right, and we should have mentioned this. Thanks for pointing it out.
This video is very good. If you use the Kunlun tooth saw blade we developed, you will achieve higher results.
SAME as all the others that have been on the market for many years.. I bought one for 18 bucks and recently one for 6 bucks.. SO,, if I paint one of mine RED and put a sticker on it,, will it be a Milwaukee?
It sure will! Great idea. You are correct, many of them are almost identical. It was overdue for Milwaukee to have one. Such a simple and valuable tool, just about everyone should have one, but they don't. Thanks for watching.
Looks pretty much identical to the Klein tool. Even the bag and instructions are the same.
Yes, it looks much like several of the other brands. Many of them priced around $30 as well. Thanks for watching.
These boxes might be the most copied or rather rebadged items in the world 😂 Amazon is flooded with them
They’re all made in China probably from the same source
Hi, I like...how long does the battery last when running?..... thanks for the reply🖐
Can you use it to plumb condensate drains and p traps at 1/4” per foot angle?
i might be overthinking this but if my mitre saw stand is on a slight slope, I level with the angle finder with working area of the mitre saw, will it reference the blade correctly at 90 degree angle to do I need to account for the slope?
What is your favorite screwdriver set? Mac Tools? Gearwrench? Milwaukee?
neodymium magnets all-around it might screw-up its electronics logic.
That's very true. Thanks for watching.
at last.. someone using it properly... out of the box and onto the saw blade these get angles relative to the Earth not the table!.. If you don't want to or can't level your table, zero the device on the table first! then put it on the blade. I wonder how many have been returned for errors due to improper use? LOL
Empire levels Suc& Get a real one!
Why do they suck?
@@jumper233 Put two of them together in the store and they don't read the same!
Damn, what a waste of time.
