hey can it would be helpful if this was answered so i bought a huawei y9 and the first game i ever downloaded was pubg, i waited an hour and after I checked the game that i've downloaded was gone...i dunno if this is a serious problem or not.. the storage is not been used yet since i just bought it....but when i download other games like candy crush...it was easily downloaded it displays through my phone....i Download pubg again... but there was no luck..i watched the app downloading i saw it was 98% and after minutes the downloading stopped and disappeared... please help me i really want to play big apps...and i don't why is this keeps happening in my phone thank you 😔
