Turn the cover inside out and hold the rope ends of the cover, putting your hands inside the so your hands are inside the right side of the cover. You then get hold of the duvet at the topside and pull the cover over the duvet and shake i, so the cover comes over the duvet fully, you then arrange the duvet inside the cover neatly and you’re done. This you can do on your own. If you try it this way, let me know how you get on.
My suggestion maybe useful . I hope : You have good space above cupboard near ceiling , so you can put suitcases and stuffs you use them one a year only . Then you can put in bottom row the stuffs that daily you use and you need them on hand available.

Yes, lots of fluids for milk production needed, specially starchy food! That’s what I experienced and learned for my first son, one evening around 7 pm I had very good and rich portion of meal 🥘, then around 9 pm I got a bowl of local icecream 🍦 contained lots of starch in it (Iranian traditional local ice cream), then guess what ! 😆😁: In midnight around 2 am my milk from breast sprinkled 2 meters far away! ::))) can imagine the volume of my milk 🥛 production like 🐄hahaha:))) from that night I learned that it’s not only about water juices 🥤 and all fluids, starchy and a big oily food like fishes produce lots of milk 🥛. I’m happy now that you have enough milk for baby. Also the more you get good quality sleep , you will have more milk. The more you make yourself tired during day, your milk reduces .
