That conversation with your cuz 😭❤️❤️ I feel prompted to share that I agree with her when it comes to taking something that's over the counter for stress management, I took Prozen for a year and I invested in a dietician this year... It's been 6 months with my dietician and I'm not restricting anything... I've lost 10kg and food is no longer my weakness... I realised how much food I was eating before and i thought I was not doing anything wrong because it was "healthy". The journey with my dietician made me realise that eating a lot of "healthy" food is just as bad as overeating the junk. My days aren't perfect but 60% of the time, I'm now in control of my eating habits. And it's important to mention that I workout 3-5 times a week. I've beeeeeen training and not losing weight, which is why I involved a dietician... This is an essay but ya 😅😅❤ Ps. Weight loss is tough Zizi, but I believe in you especially because I've seen some of the tough attempts you've taken and stuck with for quite some time... YOU'VE GOT THIS SIS!!!! ❤❤

As a first time mom, the approach I have interms of "child friendly" furniture is dont compromise what you want your space to look like. Your baby wont be a baby for long, yet the furniture you want will be for acouple of years. Yes you dont want furniture that can easily be ruined or dangerous for baby, but get what you want for your space and make baby friendly steps e.g protective spray on couch, dangerous corners when baby crawls you can get those corner protective things❤.
