I swear by your ponytail holders. But I deep condition my waist length hair weekly.
I have really coarse hair. So I think biweekly is good
Most stylists will tell you that if your hair is coarse then you should deep condition it once a week until your hair is healthy enough to take a once a month but if you're someone who applies a lot of heat on your hair, once a month won't cut it.
I think I need it every week at the moment. My hair is over processed from bleach and color.
clarifying once a month is a must.
Also, depends on hair type
Absolutely! Consistency is key! ✨ Haircare routines can vary based on hair type. Thanks for pointing that out! 🌸
Different strokes for different folk. *There's no rule for all to follow.*
That has not been my experience. Now I’ll be honest….I may not DC EVERY wash day…But at the very least twice a month.
I also consider myself to have an UN-regimented, regimen! If I decide to forgoe a DC opting to just do a regular condition; then that’s what I do.
Maintaining a balance of strengthening and moisturizing conditioning regimens has been a game-changer for my hair…that is, MY hair!
My hair loves to be moisturized(less snapping/more elasticity).I don’t #style daily. After treatment, it goes into chunky twist until the next wash day.
What you are suggesting may be beneficial to someone(over-conditioned hair, limp etc.) But I think that it is most important to know what one’s own hair positively responds to, and do that….
Rather than approaching hair care with these “one size fits all” statements?
I agree. My hair loves to be deep conditioned every wash day at least twice a month sometimes 3 times depending on if I feel like washing my hair and my hair is thriving.
Yes everyone hair do not react the same
I went to the Dominican to wash & condition my hair & since then it has went kinky again so I think imma start my DC regimen this weekend & see how it turns out
Yes!! I’ve been told that it’s good but I lost so much hair bc of it.

Hey Keziaha 👋🏽,
I love your videos, education, information, and overall personality and the quality of your products and work. So, I want to thank you for helping me to live and understand my curls.
You mentioned that we should DC our hair once a month. At the end of this video, you said if we need more, to DC biweekly. Did you mean to say bimonthly? Just let looking for clarification.
Thank you! 😊
Hi Trisha! Yes, Bimonthly!
So glab to see this video.
At first I do deep conditioning every 2 days! Fastly, I understand it was too much so I past to one a week but I notice with time that my hair are still moisturize after a week. So, I past to do extreme moisturize every 2 week and now I just wait to see how my hair take it. I also envisage to do that once a month/3 week after shampoo. First of all, I just want to recover from my stress hair loss. Hope it will works.
@UnPeuDeTourisme Thank you for sharing your hair care journey! It's fantastic that you've found a routine that works for you. Transitioning from deep conditioning every 2 days to a more sustainable schedule shows how attentive you are to your hair's needs. Fingers crossed for your hair recovery journey-we hope the best for you! Keep pampering those curls! 💖✨
This dont happen to me. My 3c wais length always feels dry . The products dry it out. I think once i find an all natural holy grail deep conditioner ill be fine. Ive tried alot of products im an elite member on sallys and really my hair dont like any of them except a few. 😢
Most Brazilians and Dominicans will agree with ONCE PER Week. As far as I'm concerned they are #1 when it comes to hair.
I appreciate your feedback! If you have any suggestions for future videos, feel free to share them!
Far from the truth... LMAO
@@ET-ki5df Go ask any man regardless of race which women they prefer. I guarantee it's 9 out of 10 prefer latinas. So evidently they are doing something right. Time for you to take NOTES.
@@krazyjnva2up2down55lol. And you think that's because they know hair?? Indians know a lot about hair. Ask any woman who she listens to for hair advice, Dominicans and Brazilians?? No.
And men are all over Earth....do you honestly think that all White men and all men all over the Earth would say such a thing?? You obviously have a chosen preference which no one cares about but why do men feel the need to have other men to share their same preference? Why is it not enough that you like those women?? Why does it matter what other men think or want or prefer?
But my hair is rebonded
Thanks for sharing!t SwirlyCurly hair products are suitable for various hair types, including rebonded hair. We're here to help you achieve the best results for your hair!
You look a lot like newscaster Adrienne Bankert.
