used one of these for like 10 years. Recently upgraded to the "trail/adventure" version. It's much more rigid, and almost the same exact bag. Recommend it to anyone STREET riding. It's not an ADV bag tho.
Amen, I been using one of these since 2016, not daily but whenever my small magnetic tank bang isn’t enough storage, love the expandability of it and rare need the rain cover unless it’s a heavy prolonged downpour. Great review, and I highly recommend.
I've been riding with it for a couple years now. No issues with zippers or construction. Size for me is perfect. Some discolouration on fabric but hit it up with some black spray paint. I run it on my XR and made an aluminium plate riveted to it so I can mount with screws to my bike. No worries about straps.
I've got the Nelson-rigg CL-1060-S2, Absolutely worth buying. I can haul pretty much all my crap in this bag. If you're on the fence about getting a bag, get it.
Hey mate, I think I spotted you the other day when I was working, hard to miss that MT10 with the orange crash pro. If I see you while I'm riding I'll say hello, I'm on a bright green triumph street triple. Keep it up!
Neat looking set up. Andy Strapz is an Aussie guy that's been making bike bags in different sizes for a while now .lves been using one of his AA tail bags must be close to ten years now.Great for camping.
Wow, I love it! I was just looking for tail bag options. I recently put a deposit on an Indian FTR 1200s RR and am going to need a bag for it. I was thinking the tank bag but this Nelson Rigg bag is pretty sweet!! I have 2 25L Nelson Rigg side bags on my DR650, they are awesome bags. Nelson Rigg makes really good stuff at a super good price.
@@AdjrianNickelodeon I can't wait man! Sucks though, we only have about a month or so left in our riding season here in Maine. On the other hand, it will give me time to do exhaust and trinkets haha
Ahhh I failed buying my first tank bag bought the bike and immediately bought a magnetic tank bag I wasn't thinking and come to notice I have a Yamaha mt07 which has the same plastic covering, I tried taking the panels off then sticking magnets to the underside of them but still wasn't enough
Magnets work on distance, as it is not as close to the source... you can add a nice metal source underneath, change out the magnets for stronger ones or both and still keep the stock look.
Not for this size bag because it's the smallest of the 3. You need either the medium or the large. They might have dimensions on the Nelson Rigg website
The bag has a rubberized base and technically you could do the straps up as tight as you want so the bag won't move around but like I said it would hang off either side of the tail on a dirt bike and wouldn't look right. I think it different bag would be better in your case
Bro what the fuck happened to your sub count? Anyway, great review. Been looking at getting this bag for a while but just haven’t had the “disposable” cash whilst building a house. Loving that MT-10 🤤
You gotta be quick. looks like that seller has sold out. You'll have to manually search for another seller on Amazon or try Ebay. or even buy direct from NelsonRigg if possible from their site
Hey Adjrian ive been using mine for a few weeks and its struggling to stay tight and a couple of days after taking the seat off and tightening the straps, it comes loose and can move forward and backward along the pillion seat, i followed your installation but still no good, is it normal? Any tips?
The only draw back is that if and when you are going to fall, your right let will get stuck with the bag and getting on and off the bike is not optimal after installing that bag.

Thanks to your review I bought mine and love it 👍 thanks for the review mate, perfect timing
Glad I could help :)
It is a good choice for a tailbag, I have the same one on my MT07 and it is just perfect for everday riding!
Such a awesome little tail bag 😎
Loving your uploads AJ... keep em coming!
Ty bro! :)
Picking one up on Friday, thanks for the review AJ!
You got it man. 3 different sizes. This is the smallest and it's been a champion of a bag. If I need more space I take a backpack with me as well
I've got the Nelson-rigg CL-1060-S2, Absolutely worth buying. I can haul pretty much all my crap in this bag. If you're on the fence about getting a bag, get it.
Nice. The S2 is the next size up from this bag 🤙

I'll keep an eye out for a green triumph 🤘
That stunt cage looks great
Have this bag, it's a bewdy👍🏼 Only issue is getting your leg over it when mounting your bike 😁
Do you think it can fit a rain suit? I am thinking of the Commuter Lite so it doesn't look huge on my R3.
@@fabian150cc4 fit a rain suit easy and maybe a sandwich 😁

I could use some andy strapz to tie down my pizza box on friday nights!
That's a neat set up.
Well done sir.

Gazza was loving my right leg earlier XD

good bag. I wonder who that last model is at 12:01
Hey mate, great video. Is this a re-upload? I think I've seen it before. Or was it a hidden link?
Nope. This is just the review portion without the vlog at the beginning:)
Nice what sorta weight can that configuration hold before moving about? IE could you use it for a beefy chan n lock ?
Just found your comment in my spam folder. I've had the bag extended and full of groceries to the brim without any issues or movement
I don't even own a motorcycle and I want that bag!
Haha! 😂
Just an info.. but a little bag for drive with a passenger?
Been think of a bag, i'll check them out : )
I have the Nelson-rigg CL-1060-S2 on my speed triple totally worth it.

Can you fit this one on a svartpilen 401? thanks!
The best, because it's free? Any update on the bag after using it for 8 months?
Still loving it! 💪
You got the bag for free, and you think it’s the best available. Shocker!
I asked for the bag. No sh!t promos on my channel, take a look for yourself.
Hey AJ, with the expandable feature, can you fit another helmet in the bag?
Not for this size bag because it's the smallest of the 3. You need either the medium or the large. They might have dimensions on the Nelson Rigg website
Could you strap this to the back of a dirtbike?? i cant find any supermoto/dirtbike tail bags that dont require me drilling into my tail.
A dirt bike tail is much narrower than a sports bike, but technically yes you could easily strap it to the tail. It will just hang off either side
@@AdjrianNickelodeon It would stay on and not slide around?

Will it hold a 2litre bottle of milk
Can this size of the bag fit say size 10 construction boots when collapsed? Or is it too small?
No. You'll need at least the next size up.
The only draw back is that if and when you are going to fall, your right let will get stuck with the bag and getting on and off the bike is not optimal after installing that bag.
Could you get your helmet in that or the next size up?
Not in the one I got. They sell 3 sizes. Mine is the smallest
This is a old video well older, you recorded this one like two months ago.
This is just the review without the vlog at the beginning of the video
AdjrianNickelodeon 👌👌👌
Pity they don't have a way to mount it to the seat so you can't just walk up and unclip it... like anyone can walk up and just unclip it.
I bought one that was shipped from America. Everything failed on it and I threw it out.
