- These bulbs are very bright and are definitely a very powerful improvement over standard halogen bulbs. I installed these H7 Auxbeam T1 bulbs in a Ford Transit Connect van with stock headlights and the results were fantastic. Changing the bulbs was done withour removing the headlamps but smaller hands would be an advantage as the space behind the headlamp is very tight.

I was just thinking I haven’t seen a video from you in a while. Glad to see ya.
The first guy you encountered flashed you.. not good.. Auxbeam makes good lights but there is still a lot of leakage or “dazzle” near the edges for other drivers to be blinded. The better bulbs Auxbeam makes have a small shroud on the low beam that prevents this sort of leakage by limiting the amount of light sent to the bottom of the reflector in the housing. The high beams can be unrestricted.
I use Auxbeam F-16 in 9003/H4 size and never get flashed in my SUV.
I also run Auxbeam GT H7’s in projector housings and never get flashed.
I would not advise putting super bright LEDs in that allow this much light leakage. It’s also less light that gets thrown down the road.

Gerry could you some videos on central heating system. I’m just starting out finding leaks on central heating and there’s nothing on UA-cam the way the Irish plum the houses .😀
One small problem is that mot test centres in the UK are supposed to fail any car fitted with led headlights bulbs if the car wasn't made with led headlights...unless you're car is made on or before 1986(this amendment was introduced march 2021) ...then you can convert the halogen bulbs to led....I've had led H7 lamps for 3 years now and every time I've been warned but not failed so hopefully you'll be ok too...I suspect if the Beam pattern is good most test centres will ignore them.... hopefully.
LED headlights are a scourge on the planet, good to see the UK has the sense to ban this unregulated mess

You said that there was no canbus required. Does this mean they would set off the burnt out bulb warning on the dash? I have a MK5 like yours, except for left hand drive for in the states. It is fussy about other LED lights. Sometimes it complains and other times it does not. I always buy the ones that say they have enough resistance to avoid the dash warning light but not all do what they say. Thanks for the video!

Looks pretty respectable. I'd honestly aim them down a tad, they look a bit high.
There's a nice cutoff, better than the absolute shite ones that are impossible to tame and just blind everyone no matter what.
@Andy: If the headlights are properly aligned after an installation, you shouldn't have
the issue of blinding someone! The reason why these newer headlight installs are so
damned advantageous is that it extends the range of a driver to see further down the
road, so as to avoid collisions with wildlife that tends to do irreparable damage to the
vehicle and lose of life to the driver of the car itself!!! When installing these lamps,
there must be great care taken to properly orient the lamp up or down, left or right; as
per the proper installation guidance provided in the instructions! However, once they
are installed; the headlight housings need to be double checked for proper alignment
according to the vehicle manufacturer!!! Some of these inspection stations, not many
have the ability to align headlights, yet auto body repair shops most likely do have the
ability along with auto repair dealerships can do so also. Procedures as such in full
detail can be obtain for a DYIer provided that very STRICT compliance to procedure is
STRICTLY followed from beginning to end!!! There isn't a need to get triggered at Gerry
for demonstrating a product and unsubscribing just because your arse hurts! Gerry
definitely is a good guy to the straight and narrow!! After all, Gerry does not welcome
unsubscribers just so that you can show your a$$ off, so be gone of his channel and
you can bite everybody else's a$$-off some place else you fricken troll!!!

Will this lighting setup pass an MOT? No because they aren't in a projector lens unit and don't have automatically self levelling. Argue with an MOT tester all you like.
@@andypugh2000 they are not illegal if they have E mark on them , also this is in Ireland no mot test here …our nct test won’t fail these unless the headlights are out of adjustment … unsubscribed because he fitted bulbs you don’t like to his car 😂😂 I don’t think he’ll miss you to be honest …
