I have a recipe for just white rice that you buy in bags that you can get at your local walmart or dollar general 1.Pour your rice into any bowl that you want big or small and fill it up with I would say a cup of rice and for a big bowl probably 2 cups or more i usually just eyeball it, 2.Put water into your bowl and fill the water just a little above your rice. 3. Put it in the microwave for 16 minutes if you used a big bowl and for a little bowl i would say about 12ish minutes. 4. Once it is done put two spoon fulls of butter the butter amount depends on what bowl you used. 5. Then your done and I recommend puting cilantro, lime juice or salt and some sort of meat. If you put to much butter you can mess it up so just be careful on how much you put same goes for the lime juice :)
Alright i have a recipe for you. 1-2 chicken thighs or tenders in a pan with some butter or olive oil or both. Get em nice and golden and then add like a third cup of water. Let that reduce a tiny bit and then put 1 1/2 cups of creme fraiche. Then just mix it and let the sauce get thicker. Serve it with rice or mashed potatoes.
Where I live winters are hella cold and summers are like 100 to 110 everyday and the winters and summers are super long and so I use treadmills because I won’t be freezing or burning yk
To each their own but I still run outside in the summer mornings when it gets up to 115ish each day. Normally when I’m running it’s about 100-105. I don’t tend to go when it’s hotter than that only because my phone gives a heat warning and shuts down and I’m totally music reliant when running. I don’t recommend this though for most people lol

17:43 running outside is so much better. You get a change of scenery, the elevation change is natural, and you get to experience the weather out there while you’re feeling the breeze on your face.

Make some Garlic bread with Mrs. Baird’s bread loaf. Take a slice, cover it with butter like Country Crocs (not too much so you don’t get morbidly obese) and sprinkle it with an even coat of garlic powder. Put it in the oven and broil it on high until it turns a nice gold color. The edge should be crispy while the center is nice and soft.

7:43 tbh running outside just feels a lot better and keeps me active for longer. Plus apparently the treadmill can muck up the way you step when running
i was 250 pounds a month and a half ago and i'm now down to 226 and i'm extremely proud of myself for losing this much and am continuing to loose more as i go along! Pancho you have genuinely motivated me to keep going!
I lb of Chuck roast, I can of jalapeños, 1 packet of Goya seasoning, 2 cups of water, one onion, slow cook for 6 hours and enjoy with toasted hoagies as sandwiches
running outside is like 100x more fun than on a treadmill, also its easier to workout more cuz with a treadmill you can just stop, but if you're outside and 3 miles from home, you gotta run back
The treadmill does half the work for you by moving the floor, and all you have to do is swing your legs forward. You don't have to propel yourself forward under your own power.
I love long-distance running and I will always chose running outside than running on a treadmill every single time. There's just something about running outside that makes it pass by faster and that makes it MUCH more enjoyable than just running in place on a treadmill.

How to cook noodles with tuna-creme sauce from an italian (I swear it's the best you will ever have! (Also my favorite) macros at bottom⬇️ Pasta al tonno Ingredients: - 1 can of tuna in oil (whaterver oil) - Barilla pasta (Tortiglioni are the best would not recommend spaghetti) - 1 packet of cooking cream preferable italian because it is creamy instead of liquid (italian: "panna da cucina" brand: chef) 200ml - 1 coffe spoon of vegetable paste Cooking: Step 1: bring a pot of water to boil and add salt AFTER it got to boil because the water will start to boil slower! Afterwards add your pasta (tortiglioni) and set an 11 minute timer. Step 2: add the entire can of tuna into an smaller pot (with the oil) and the entire packet of italian cooking cream (200ml) and 1 coffespoon of vegetable paste or season to liking. Mix at the beginning then occasionaly for 10 minutes and at medium low heat (from 0 cold to 10 boiling at about 4) only until it bubbles slightly if the heat is to high the cream will have an weird consistency but will taste the same! Step 3: if the sauce timer runs out or at about 3/4 of the cooking of the pasta you can turn the sauces heat to very low to keep warm. Taste the past if it is cooked good NOT "al dente" ,al dente is in my opinion an tourist scam the makes the pasta "ItALiAn" It is just not enough cooked pasta to serve faster! Step 4: when finished cooking drain the pasta and add the sauce. [ you can meal prep the sauce but it only lasts about 7 days max in the refrigirator please do not put pasta in the refrigirator it will be bland and fall apart quick.] All in all it takes about 10-15 minutes to cook and has a few ingredients and i swear it is the best pasta YOU will ever have and believe me I made it infinite times and still like it even though i cannot cook very good . A good pasta recipe my mother taught me
Needed ingredients:
Smashed tomatoes
Salsa
Pepper (green and yellow preferably)
Onion
Garlic
Salt,pepper,paprika,cumin
Your choice of pasta
As you're boiling ur pasta make the salsa
Put the salsa first(don't forget ur oil!)
Then the smashed tomatoes
The onions and peppers(or you can put it first your choice if u want it fried)
And leave it to boil until the pasta is done
When it is done strain it and add the pasta
And then add the seasoning!
Easy and tasty !

I have a recipe for just white rice that you buy in bags that you can get at your local walmart or dollar general
1.Pour your rice into any bowl that you want big or small and fill it up with I would say a cup of rice and for a big bowl probably 2 cups or more i usually just eyeball it,
2.Put water into your bowl and fill the water just a little above your rice.

17:50 Since I ran cross country for my high school I can tell you running outside or on a track is so much better than running on a treadmill.
Im a runner, and treadmills suck in my opinion. I hate how hard you hit the ground each step, and outside is just so much better
@@plops993 yeah but I don’t like being all sweaty and sticky and stuff after running I don’t feel like taking a shower I wanna rest and maybe like 30 minutes later I’ll shower

Avocado Bacon Sandwich: mash up an avocado, slice a tomato into three pieces, and put two pieces of bread in the toaster. When the bread is done, spread the avocado on the toasted bread and put the three tomatoes on. Have bacon cooking in the oven in the background and put the bacon on it. then if you want, add everything bagel seasoning and mayonnaise! yummy
this sounds so good ill try it soon!
FUN FACT: It is scientifically proven that people are more quick to their emotions the more overweight/obese they are.
What about underweight people?
Yeah, that tracks. I have noted people who are overweight and obese tend to be far more emotional and reactive (based on what I have seen online, like those fat influencers vs healthy ones) (It is motivation for me to not reach 200 pounds. I flip flop between overweight and obese personally at 165-170 pounds, at 5'3")

Going outside is is better, cuz. You get the heat, you get your ankle mobility, and you get to see the outdoors.
I would why is was discontinued, what a mystery
what?
I'd say running outside is much better as it allows different elevation and it's also good to go outside rather than staying inside

The edge should be crispy while the center is nice and soft.
country crock isn’t butter it’s vegetable oil

Unsweetened cocoa powder - The cocoa powder that comes from tree balls
Hershey’s Special Dark Dutch-processed cocoa powder (extra cocaine)

Vanilla Extract - 1/2 teaspoon
Fiberglass- Great seasoning plus adds spice (for extra spice try the salt that comes from tears)

i was 250 pounds a month and a half ago and i'm now down to 226 and i'm extremely proud of myself for losing this much and am continuing to loose more as i go along! Pancho you have genuinely motivated me to keep going!
Treadmill and outside are both really good. I swap through it sometimes like one day I do treadmill the other day I do outside.
I lb of Chuck roast, I can of jalapeños, 1 packet of Goya seasoning, 2 cups of water, one onion, slow cook for 6 hours and enjoy with toasted hoagies as sandwiches
running outside is like 100x more fun than on a treadmill, also its easier to workout more cuz with a treadmill you can just stop, but if you're outside and 3 miles from home, you gotta run back
2 Mill Baby!! Congrats
Love your videos Pancho! Keep up the good work ❤️🔥
The treadmill does half the work for you by moving the floor, and all you have to do is swing your legs forward. You don't have to propel yourself forward under your own power.
Congratulations on 2M
Yo Pancho congratulations on 2m subs bro I've been watching you since you had just below 1m subs. Came a long way bro
I love long-distance running and I will always chose running outside than running on a treadmill every single time. There's just something about running outside that makes it pass by faster and that makes it MUCH more enjoyable than just running in place on a treadmill.

Easy recipe:
chop potatoes and Italian sausages, get some baby carrots and broccoli tumble with some seasonings (any kind) and 1-2 tbsp of olive oil (any oil). Lay flat on a baking sheet and bake at 350F for 25-35 minutes until the potatoes are fork soft.
(Optional) On the stove cook up some shrimp seasoned with the same seasoning. Pull the baking sheet out and mixed everything up. Add it to a plate and enjoy.
All done.
Can also add rice is not using potatoes. Can also swap with sweet potatoes. Works for almost any veggies too just throw it in the oven. Easiest healthy meal with less than 10 minutes prep time and 30 minutes cook time.

How to cook noodles with tuna-creme sauce from an italian
(I swear it's the best you will ever have! (Also my favorite) macros at bottom⬇️
Pasta al tonno
Ingredients:
- 1 can of tuna in oil (whaterver oil)
- Barilla pasta (Tortiglioni are the best would not recommend spaghetti)
- 1 packet of cooking cream preferable italian because it is creamy instead of liquid (italian: "panna da cucina" brand: chef) 200ml
- 1 coffe spoon of vegetable paste
Cooking:
Step 1: bring a pot of water to boil and add salt AFTER it got to boil because the water will start to boil slower!
Taste the past if it is cooked good NOT "al dente" ,al dente is in my opinion an tourist scam the makes the pasta "ItALiAn"
It is just not enough cooked pasta to serve faster!
Step 4: when finished cooking drain the pasta and add the sauce. [ you can meal prep the sauce but it only lasts about 7 days max in the refrigirator please do not put pasta in the refrigirator it will be bland and fall apart quick.]
All in all it takes about 10-15 minutes to cook and has a few ingredients and i swear it is the best pasta YOU will ever have and believe me I made it infinite times and still like it even though i cannot cook very good .
My italian mother used to make me this since I was little and I every friend I gave my recipe endet loving it!
