    crepe recipe:
    1 cup milk
    3/4 cup flour
    1 egg
    pinch of salt
    dash of vanilla
    -------------------------
    1. pour all ingredients into a bowl, and mix well
    2. heat large pan to med-high heat (around 6 on digital stove or just past mid on dial)
    3. after pan is heated enough so a drop of water evaporates in 5-6 seconds, add around 1-1.5 tsp of butter to pan
    4. spread butter around pan
    5. pour some batter into pan, pick it up and spread it around by tilting pan
    6. experiment with the amount of batter you need so it covers nearly the whole pan as thin as possible
    7. after top of crepe becomes no longer shiny (solid-looking), flip crepe
    8. cook other side until slightly browned
    9. repeat until batter is gone, add toppings, and voila!
    topping ideas: strawberries+nutella, whipping cream+banana+syrup, fried egg+spinach+feta+almond
SOMEONE PLEASE COOK THIS ITS AMAZING

This is a recipe I grew up with, it's much healthier than cereal and it tastes awesome.
    Oatmeal Porage:
    2 Cups Oats
    1/3 Cup brown sugar
    1 Tsp Cinnamon
    1/2 Tsp Ginger
    1/8 Tsp Ground Cloves
    1 Tbs Baking Powder
    1/2 Tsp Salt
    1 Tbs Molasses
    2-3 Tbs Unsalted Butter
    2 Eggs
    3 Cups Milk
    1 Tsp Vanilla Extract
Make sure to let it sit for a couple minutes after mixing everything together that way the oats soke everything up well.
Then pour it into a baking pan (Glass pans work the best) and cover it with plastic wrap, let it refrigerate over night then bake it at °375 F. in the morning.
You can eat it just like it is or pour milk over it in a bowl, it's really good with milk.

Tasty and easy to make omelette pizza breakfast :
    Things you need
    - a small deep pan with a lid
    - 4 eggs
    - a bit of butter
    - a few slices of pepperoni
    - a slice or two of cheese
    - half of a paprika
    - spices like salt, pepper and personally I love to add a bit of garlic grains
    How to make:
    - break the eggs down into a small bowl or whatever you want to mix them in
    - slice the paprika into small pieces
    - throw the paprika into the unmixed eggs together with the spices of your choice
    - mix everything together until the eggs look like one liquid and completely broken down
    - put the pan on very low heat and spread the little piece of butter all over
    - put the pepperoni slices on the pan
    - put cheese on top of the pepperoni
    - cover it all with your broken down yolks
    - put the lid on and wait about 10-15 minutes
    - take the lid off and you should have a puffy pizza omelette
It might sound really bad to some of y’all but trust me, just try this. It’s a breakfast full of protein and good carbs to fuel you through the day.

I’m a cross country runner and I LOVE running outside. I’m not sure why other than the fact that running 7 miles at 6 am allows me to watch the sunrise. My coach also doesn’t let us use headphones on our runs so it’s quite peaceful actually. I cook A LOT! For fun, I have often taken up part-time jobs at various restaurants. I’m an old man, 44 years old, but I like that part-time side job. I’m Canadian but now living in Kobe, Japan and I still pick up side gigs at restaurants.... cooking doesn’t need to be complicated, just use fresh ingredients and do it from scratch. Caprese salads are easy and good. Very simple. Halved cherry tomatoes, lots of fresh basil and parsley, fresh mozzarella (like bocconcini for example), diced red onion. Oilive oil and balsamic. Salt and pepper, and that’s it!

I have a recipe for just white rice that you buy in bags that you can get at your local walmart or dollar general
1.Pour your rice into any bowl that you want big or small and fill it up with I would say a cup of rice and for a big bowl probably 2 cups or more i usually just eyeball it,
2.Put water into your bowl and fill the water just a little above your rice.
    3. Put it in the microwave for 16 minutes if you used a big bowl and for a little bowl i would say about 12ish minutes.
    4. Once it is done put two spoon fulls of butter the butter amount depends on what bowl you used.
    5. Then your done and I recommend puting cilantro, lime juice or salt and some sort of meat.
If you put to much butter you can mess it up so just be careful on how much you put same goes for the lime juice :)

Let that reduce a tiny bit and then put 1 1/2 cups of creme fraiche. Then just mix it and let the sauce get thicker. Serve it with rice or mashed potatoes.

Take a slice, cover it with butter like Country Crocs (not too much so you don’t get morbidly obese) and sprinkle it with an even coat of garlic powder. Put it in the oven and broil it on high until it turns a nice gold color. The edge should be crispy while the center is nice and soft.

chop potatoes and Italian sausages, get some baby carrots and broccoli tumble with some seasonings (any kind) and 1-2 tbsp of olive oil (any oil). Lay flat on a baking sheet and bake at 350F for 25-35 minutes until the potatoes are fork soft.
(Optional) On the stove cook up some shrimp seasoned with the same seasoning. Pull the baking sheet out and mixed everything up. Add it to a plate and enjoy.
    All done.
Can also add rice is not using potatoes. Can also swap with sweet potatoes. Works for almost any veggies too just throw it in the oven. Easiest healthy meal with less than 10 minutes prep time and 30 minutes cook time.

How to cook noodles with tuna-creme sauce from an italian
(I swear it's the best you will ever have! (Also my favorite) macros at bottom⬇️
    Pasta al tonno
    Ingredients:
    - 1 can of tuna in oil (whaterver oil)
    - Barilla pasta (Tortiglioni are the best would not recommend spaghetti)
    - 1 packet of cooking cream preferable italian because it is creamy instead of liquid (italian: "panna da cucina" brand: chef) 200ml
    - 1 coffe spoon of vegetable paste
    Cooking:
Step 1: bring a pot of water to boil and add salt AFTER it got to boil because the water will start to boil slower!
Afterwards add your pasta (tortiglioni) and set an 11 minute timer.
Step 2: add the entire can of tuna into an smaller pot (with the oil) and the entire packet of italian cooking cream (200ml) and 1 coffespoon of vegetable paste or season to liking. Mix at the beginning then occasionaly for 10 minutes and at medium low heat (from 0 cold to 10 boiling at about 4) only until it bubbles slightly if the heat is to high the cream will have an weird consistency but will taste the same!
Step 3: if the sauce timer runs out or at about 3/4 of the cooking of the pasta you can turn the sauces heat to very low to keep warm.
Taste the past if it is cooked good NOT "al dente" ,al dente is in my opinion an tourist scam the makes the pasta "ItALiAn"
It is just not enough cooked pasta to serve faster!
Step 4: when finished cooking drain the pasta and add the sauce. [ you can meal prep the sauce but it only lasts about 7 days max in the refrigirator please do not put pasta in the refrigirator it will be bland and fall apart quick.]
All in all it takes about 10-15 minutes to cook and has a few ingredients and i swear it is the best pasta YOU will ever have and believe me I made it infinite times and still like it even though i cannot cook very good .
My italian mother used to make me this since I was little and I every friend I gave my recipe endet loving it!
Macros ~ pasta 120 grams 431 calories ~ about half of the sauce: half tuna 160 calories/ half cooking cream 100ml 224 cal
All in all ~ 817 calories ~ 33.5 grams of protein ~ 89grams of carbohydrattes ~35 gr fat
    I eat 1/3 of sauce
    Trust meeeee it is legendary😊
