I mean take a working similar HDD and remove it's disc and then insert the disc from dead HDD and recover all data and then put its original disc back again? Will it work like this? Does it depends on company, storage capacity, rpm or circuit bios etc.??
It does not work because platters are paired with the bios chip installed in the motherboard of hdd and they are encrypted so does not work....the only option is to repair that hdd

There's might be missing information. Every computer peripherals has it's own ID so we can't do anything with the help of another logic board. You should change the bios chip from old logic bord.

Hard disk me data rehta hai recover bhi kar dega lekin ab sabhi hard disk me by default cache on hoti hai, jo agar safe remove na ho 2-3 bar ya chkdsk > clean ya repair ho or suddenly pc off ho jaye to har jpg jpeg wav video ka file or header alag ho jate hai ek bhi cheez missing & data recover impossible, tumhe 24-30 ghante recover hote dikhegi file but open nhi hogi, sivaye agar video or image dlsr ya hi end wali ho, phone ki to bhul jao,

There's might be missing information. Every computer peripherals has it's own ID so we can't do anything with the help of another logic board. You should change the bios chip from old logic bord.

Mere paas 2 external hai.
1. Ek detect karti hain, light jalti hain, drive letter show hota hain kabhi kabhi, par storage bar nahi show hota. Isliye access nahi kar paa raha.
2. Second external detect hoti hain, light jalti hain, uske aage kuch nahi.
In dono external ko kaise theek karein ki kaam mein aa sake??
