Great video, thanks for illustrating the speed offsets you are using and the visuals of the actual results. You are the first person and video I have seen that has discussed the relationship between Autopilot speeds and the FSD offset. I am a fairly new owner and honestly don’t have a clue how to report a problem with FSD back to Tesla. Can you tell me how that should be done? There is a very clear speed limit sign near me that always gets missed and I wondered today how to give feedback on it? I like your POV style of filming since it gives me the feeling I am actually driving too since I can see what you are looking at during turns and parking.
Thank you for your continuous support! I was happy to hear that you were able to get the offset working to your liking. As far as reporting back to Tesla, the car will give you that option whenever you “disengage” FSD, or take over control. The second you disengage and take over you can press the microphone button on your steering wheel. This will allow you to record up to a 30 second audio clip of yourself describing the reason you disengaged. This data then gets sent directly to back to the Tesla team for analysis and improvements.
Yes, far as the different versions of the model Y, as you say, it is what you get used to. I have the 2023 Model Y LR AWD and does have the HW4 and newer type cameras. My Tesla does still have the Stalks which I enjoy for gear selections and turn signals. I just got email notice again to try the 30 day free FSD trial. I hope it provides the version 13.2.2. The last time I tried FSD was with version 12.5.6 and I did not like it at all - did too many weird things. Thanks for your awesome FSD video. Happy Holidays to you.
That’s amazing! I hope you get version 13 for the free trial as well. It’s exponentially better than version 12! Let me know once you find out if they will give you V13 or not. I am curious to find out!
When your car was pulling away from the charger, it looked like it was going to hit the car to your right. Then you cut the video, and your car was pulled further forward. What happened that caused you to cut the video?
Hi there! Just so I can provide a better answer, can you let me know which timestamp you are referring to? Was it 2:04? If so, the video wasn’t cut short. When the car was pulling out of the charger it had enough clearance and had no issue with the vehicle to the right. It’s possible that the POV camera looks like it’s in a different angle compared to the rear wide view camera.

@@DriveElectricToday Thanks, I didn’t have a clue that was possible!
