Different host but very professional like the previous one, she has a different style. Beautiful townhouse, I like the patio and the backyard space is good for Kingston. The price is not only for the property but also due to the location and amenities in that area.
Nice property but the original host would have taken the time to show the helpers quarters. I was interested in seeing the area because that can be a catch. Model home lacked that color and homely feel. Looking forward to seeing our original host 👏 👏

I can see why this complex has sold so poorly. Within that price range of townhouse it's really not very special or luxurious . Most of the townhouses within that price range tend to be larger and don't feel so restricted. To me the azaleas feels really pushed together like they're squeezing as many units as gey can out of the land which I am sure was incredibly expensive to purchase
85 mill you better be throwing ac, fridge cooker, for that amount of money you need to furnish this property.
Are agents still trying to sell these? I’ve seen various videos over the past year trying to move these. At this point if your not going to reduce the price, numerous initiatives are needed.

Grossly overpriced! If I'm spending US$550,000 I must have a huge backyard and my own swimming pool. The interior is quite ordinary-looking too.
You can buy a mini-mansion in the South or Midwest for that kind of US$.
Even on expensive Long Island a house for that price has a big backyard.
I'd like to know what justifies a small, regular-looking house in Jamaica being valued at $US550,000.
You can go to first world countries with that kind of money and purchase a house that's bigger and better. Their real estate is certainly more in demand on the world stage than Jamaica's.

You guys had done a property at Stilwell and it was wonderful, but comparing that to this makes me wonder if the price makes sense for these townhouses. Still well is 95 and this 84 with only a 11 million difference.

I like the houses......but they are too cram in the space . The price could be 495 eh there is no soaking tub in the master. And those stairs...I would have to get a lift for the stairs.

For a little more than half a mil US dollars this is lacking, majorly! The bedrooms, all of them are small, the bathroom aren't really full but what you would call 3/4 bathrooms. Not much space to move around in the bedrooms, no place to add extra furniture say like a desk and chair or a chaise lounge or even a tufted bench. The closets are laughable at best, walk-ins? Where? What part? The living and dining area are so small you can't even hold a full couch and it you added a full dining set there would be no room to move around and all of that is tight on top of the tiny kitchen. Who thought this one up for that price? That is so wrong! There's not even space for an office for crying out loud! I can't believe anyone is buying this hobbit home for that price, I mean, come again!
And where is the original host by the way? This one race through the presentation like she was on the speedway and it was lackluster at best!
