    700g chicken ribs (boiled pork), 1 tablespoon of Cheongju, 2 skewers of salt, pepper, olive oil, 2 tablespoon of soy sauce, 2 tablespoon of cooking wine, 1 tablespoon of sugar, 1 tablespoon of ginger syrup, 1 tablespoon of minced garlic, 2 tablespoon of water, 2 tablespoon of green onions (white parts), 3 cheongyang peppers, sesame seeds
    ✅ [Recipe]
    1. Wash chicken legs under running water and remove impurities cleanly.
    2. Place the washed chicken meat on a kitchen towel and press it hard to remove moisture.
    3. Sprinkle 2 pinches of salt, a little bit of pepper, and 1 tablespoon of Cheongju on the drained chicken leg and marinate for 20-30 minutes.
    4. Make the sauce by mixing 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 2 tablespoons of cooking wine, 1 tablespoons of sugar, 1 tablespoons of ginger syrup, 1 tablespoons of minced garlic, 2 tablespoons of starch syrup, and 4 tablespoons of water.
    5. Put a swirl of olive oil in the pan and place the chicken legs on a medium heat and bake them back and forth until golden brown.
    6. When you finish roasting the chicken meat, wipe off the oil with a kitchen towel and pour in the made sauce.
    7. Pour the sauce over a medium-high heat, boil it down, and finish with the sliced green onions, cheongyang peppers, and sesame seeds when there is some sauce left.

    1. 닭다리살을 흐르는 물에 씻어주며 불순물을 깨끗이 제거해주세요.
    2. 씻은 닭다리살은 키친타올에 올려 꾹꾹 눌러 물기를 없애주세요.
    3. 물기를 제거한 닭다리살에 소금 2꼬집, 후추 약간, 청주 1큰술을 뿌려 20~30분정도 재워두세요.
    4. 진간장 2큰술, 맛술 2큰술, 설탕 1큰술, 생강청 1큰술, 다진마늘 1큰술, 물엿 2큰술, 물 4큰술을 섞어 양념장을 만들어주세요.
    5. 팬에 올리브유를 한바퀴 두르고 닭다리살을 올려 중불에 앞뒤로 노릇노릇 구워주세요.
    6. 닭다리살을 다 구우면 키친타올로 기름을 닦아내주고 만들어 놓은 양념장을 부어주세요.
    7. 중강불로 양념장을 끼얹어주며 졸이고 양념장이 약간 남았을때 썰어둔 파와 청양고추, 통깨를 뿌려 마무리해주세요.
