❤❤ This will really help those wanting to buy this canner. I have two big All Americans and struggled with flat top stove and the sheer weight of moving them. I love that I can lift and empty the liner without issue, easier to clean too.
See, that’s exactly what I was trying to express, totally night and day to standard canners❤️
@@MsLippy also took the stress and worry of watching jiggled to make sure the pressure stayed where it needs to be. On this one, as soon it reaches canning stage, you can literally walk away!

Ms.Lippy when i got mine last year the book instructions were overwhelming..so my husband who is the brains of the home learned quickly and then he made me a little note book page that was just 4 or 5 steps..got that down pat and i love using mine..

This will be fun, I saw you get books. And UPS the package. I’ll send a tracking number so you know it’s coming. Look for too canning with you. I do can. I did get this pressure canner the dial has gave a few problem. This helped. Doing blackberry jelly tomorrow.

I’ve got to get me one of those canners! My stove top will not get the temp up to allow the venting to get going. I have an All American and a presto pressure canner and neither one will work on my stove top. Thanks for sharing!

Don't feel bad about getting your days mixed up. I kept calling Tuesday Wednesday. My days are mixed up too.
That makes me feel better; because the past few weeks / I’m completely lost on what day it is❤️

My quick start guide says never use regulator when water bath canning.
Ms Betty, I don’t use mine as well, but the manual actually says to put it on the vent side if concerned about steam hitting cabinets or danger to steam burn. 🌷
I hope the people from presto see this video, maybe sent it to them , they should send you a couple of free canners.

I have been putting the lid on while my jars are heating…..is that not necessary🤷♀️?
Ms Carolyn, it does not hurt to put lid on while canner is heating, I’ve not seen where it makes a difference ❤️

Presto owes you $$$, I don't think they could have done a better tutorial themselves. Your jars are binging loud like they used to, mine don't always bing that loud. I've tried different lids. Right now I bought forjar lids by the box of 100 lids. So I'll be using them.

I just got mine and cleaned it up like it said now im running the water test they said to do . But im not sure about the next step it says to fill jars but im just running a test and it says no lids are necessary do i have to remove them and add more than 1/2 a jar of water and pretend i filled them to advance forward?
Yes, fill those jars half way with water, add the recommended water to pot, no need to put lids and rings on. By doing this step does allow you to know moving forward what you’ll need to do.
