Not only the AC but when you talk about Kia carens it is outright sluggish in hills. On Inclines it just cries 😂😂😂. XL6 is damn good. Maruti has nailed it this time.. be it the price.. features or comfort. ❤️❤️❤️❤️
Bought XL6 Alpha+ AT last month. Drove 2500+ Kms so far. Happy with the purchase. Highway milege on Cruise Control 21+ Kmps, City Drive milege 12 Kmps.

Awesome useful review, really thoughtful. Would have loved to know a bit more about the ride comfort, suspension experience in 1st 2 rows. Would have also loved to know if the LED light setup is effective at night. Would have liked if you could share if the steering felt light amd comfortable throughout the drive or were there moments when it felt sluggish. But, thanks for a truly useful review.

Very nice review.But beside looking back,sides must have looked at front .Is bonnet visible ? Or same like ertiga?.These are maruti omni types of car with zero accidental safety and head on collision means death on spot.
Dont show highway mileage.. please show city mileage while driving in traffic. With my AMT i am getting 10-12 as an average. Show those facts also. Never consider highway for auto gears.
Petrol means petrol, Diesel means diesel, Amt means not automatic. Amt is one type of semi automatic function device . At or automatic is correct pronounce.

@@91Wheels recently bought XL6 Alpha AT top model, Completed two trips one Mumbai -PUNE vice versa, Mumbai - Surat vice versa,full load 6 adults with AC, Superb car it feels, overtaking was good, uphill and downhill on Pune express way felt totally controlled,and mileage was around 14-15km/ltr. Happy with the performance.

3rd rows are not meant for 5'10 inch guys.. they are for someone who is around 5'7" max. So ladies wouldnt be very hassled by the 3rd row. This kinda review isn't very good.

Carens is best 6 seater in it's category and above category in terms of 3 row space and ride comfort. I tried xl 6, carens, xuv 700, safari, alcazar, innova crysta, hector plus, fortuner etc

I'm aware both are from differnet segment but I want to understand how a buyer should take his decision if new scorpio's comfort is imporved. Both are 6 seaters and both can be a people mover. Please shed some light on this.
Scorpio engine spec minimum will be 2.0 or 2.2 litre , mileage will be a big drawback . If you don't need that much power you can go for XL6, Scorpio will be bigger and needs lot of parking space .

Which decent car will u get under 15 lakhs nowadays with required features and technology? Non worthy kias are selling for 20lakhs, sonet which doesnt have have rear space top model sells for 15 lakjhs. In that comparison i must say maruti s xl6 is best for 16 lakhs considerinh its size mileage and comfort. Safety wise kia and maruti are at par. No kia or hyundai cars have scored more than 3 stars whereas maruti does have brezza old which scored 4 start in crash test

Hi, I need your suggestion to choose a variant between Z2 and Z2 ESP. I have stretched my budget, earlier planned to buy a Kia Carens but looking at the safety rating now made my mind to go for a Scorpio N Z2. Want to know how practical it is to have ESP and whether it is worth spending 50K more as I'm already tight on the budget. I live in Pune-Mumbai, love to do road trips, drive below 90kmph, newly driver for such SUVs. Pls help me and suggest whether it is really important to have ESP ? as this is new tech and maximum old vehicles run without ESP.
Hi Sanket. The Scorpio N is a good SUV overall. It has superb ride quality and its diesel engine is very powerful as well as fuel-efficient. However, the Z2 version is barely equipped with features and the cabin of Scorpio N has less utility spaces for big families. Kia Carens, on the other hand, is a wonderful MPV. In similar budget, it offers you a smoother diesel engine, more features, and a comfortable ride quality. However, it is not as powerful as the Scorpio N. Also, ESP is an essential safety features that will save you in ghat sections under tough driving conditions. We suggest to opt for the Carens if you want practicality. If you want power and size, go for the Scorpio N.
