I'm aware that what matters is relative outputs with the same motorcycle (or car) to check if the modifications actually work - but - if dynos measure pounds- foot (newton-meters), shouldn't all dynos measure similar? Our stock engine 2020 ktm 65 on dyno makes 12hp with full fmf pipe.
Are there any carb or cylinder mods on this bike?
Those are crazy numbers for a 65cc motor. We have the 18 YZ65 and it has great power but its less than this
