Rent for affordable flats are not more than 12 thousand today in good and poush location. Only lower income middle group people can pay this amount as a rent not the faimly person. So affordable is only meant for end users for LIG or EWS peoples not for middle or HIG peoples and coming years mentinace cost also increse year by year.
