Do not buy any elan project. All brokers are liar. They will show big dreams but all are wasting investor hard earning money. Some people i know who invested in elan now they are in rented house. No appreciation, can not sale.

Why is there a difference in room sizes? It is 10x13, 11.3x10 & 10x10 ft. in Catalogue. However, different room sizes in documents are uploaded on the TCP website. Also, previously they internally communicated that it will be 4800/- sq.ft but now sticking to the govt. price of 5000/- per sq.ft. These are rascals
