The amount of helpful material you guys pump out on this channel is incredible, not to mention the 30 hour playthroughs on the secondary channel. Keep up the good work.
@PictishPrince I'm going to try to put out at least 1 guide for every let's play i do and i really did learn a lot from this challenge run! The let's play is done, just waiting for the TN to be done and that will go live as well
My orchards were insane on my first game lmao. I was drowning in thousands of apples each Fall. We need to be able to make cider. It would be a nice alternative based on orchards to run taverns without relying 100% on barley
Many thanks for this very interesting vid. One point you did not mention is the way to trade internallybetween regions, unless I missed it Either through internal trade in the trading posts or by using Good Exchanges with the carts.
If you're doing trade for money, it can mess up your routes by adding internal trading to the mix, so I generally avoid that and stick with hitch posts to get materials back and forth between regions. It might still work well, but the few ways that I tried didn't work so I gave up on internal trading lol
@@Strat-Guides already in library :) looking forward to it, cause for a year i used to travel around the Trosky castle - so its going to be nice to see it in its glory
Fairly new player here. Love the guide. I saw you had the spawn spots for berries and animals without trees. My question is how did you get the spawn point to produce without being surrounded by forest? Last time i cut down trees too close to thr berry bush it stopped producing. Thanks for the info!
@MissMelrose437 hi there! Berries you can place a farm plot over it and it will remove trees but preserve the berries. Animals you can place a pasture around them and it does the same thing.
You can shortcut Kings Roads and merchants will use the shortcut. So not really mandatory to build trade post on kings roads. Dont know if its a bug or feature though. :)
I was just thinking about getting back into Manor Lords since I've been grinding Bannerlord and am in a medieval mood. So this is perfect timing haha. Thank you for all your hard work on these videos, I've been bingeing a lot of the bannerlord videos and live streams. I appreciate your work and well detailed video. 🙏🏻
so you can place more then two apiaries? i thought that two is the max per region and that you can place more but its not gonna get you more honeyabout the apiary, so you can place more then two apiaries? i thought that two is the max per region and that you can place more but its not gonna get you more honey
@ursmersmann6736 Yup! It's done, just waiting for the thumbnail to be done and it will go live on the strat plays channel. If he's not done in the next couple hours, I'll make a temporary one so i can get the video up then swap it out later, so it will be up today for sure
@Beaumont99 you can build an animal pen around them and they won't run away! Then i like to put a road surrounding the pen. The challenge run for this will be up on the strat plays channel later today if you wanted to see that!
Whats the method to getting max berries from a deposit? I have a rich berry deposit and am only making maybe 400 a season. Am I collecting too fast or something?
@juicebox6581 make sure you have your forager huts as close as possible to the berries. Also make sure you have a granary next to the huts and have them only collect berries, disable everything else. I recommend 3 huts for a rich deposit with 2 workers in the closest hut to the granary and 1 worker at each of the other 2. You probably only need 1 worker for the granary. Hopefully that helps! *make sure you're workers are there right as march starts too so they don't miss the first refresh of berries
What's the best thing to sell in a iron rich region? From what I read Iron parts seem very good because 1 ore can make 2 parts which can be sold for 6 each. But I'm worrying about the time it takes to make them. Is it better to just sell raw iron or iron slabs? Or make weapons?
Early on sell the raw ore, then probably tools next since you don't need level 2 burgage plots for those. After that, either focus on weapons (no dev points needed) or armor (dev points needed).
Very good video! I've been struggling with trade this helps a lot. One thing i still don't understand how to implement effectively is transferring goods between settlements. i did manage to do it but it seems to work slowly and i feel like I'm doing something wrong.
That's one of the weakest parts of the game right now IMO. I struggled with it this whole challenge run and couldn't find a reasonable way to do it. It would either never be enough volume or it would be too much and drain one side, so I would have to micromanage it by hand. I really hope he comes up with a better solution, because this ain't it lol
@monsieurfuch7882 yeah you can skip farming if you don't want to have level 3 burgage plots. You can still have a few, but don't get too many or you'll need ale. You'll make more money skipping farms IMO
I was going to cover markets, but decided not too since they will be changed in the near future and I didn't want to put info out that would be out-dated soon. Hang in there, it will get better!

@@Strat-Guides I'm expecting a influx of new players (like me) with the recent Steam sale of the game and the upcoming updates that were teased

Agreed! Apples love to clog up my granaries lol
@Strat-Guides I literally had to setup an apple dedicated granary to manage them 😂
Babe wake up, strat dropped a new guide.
Just started playing this game I’ve turned to Tacticat and yourself for my tips. Thank you for the information!
Great walkthrough

You can place more than 2 per region - the wording is not accurate. I think I had around 80 or so and was producing hundreds if not 1k per year.
Is this save from a Playthrough? And if yes where can i watch it?

@Strat-Guides nice to know.... I really missed your manor lords Playthroughs : ) and I'll definitely watch that video as soon as it's online.
How are you isolating the wildlife ?

@Strat-Guides thanks for the answer, ale is really a pain in the ass, hope next patch it changes for the better
The game says than only 2 apiary per town works and others gives you nothing.
The game description of Apriaries is not accurate
just bought the game 3 days ago trying to get the markets spread out is a pain in itself
