Thank you, Phil Collins, "Lee". Very helpful and informative! Still going with PVC, doing a pondless waterfall.

Please discuss more about the important stuffs like "primer" and "adhesives", what they are, why we need them, what it is exactly used for, when should we use them, is it compatible with PVC or EPDM liner and etc. No one on youtube explains these things in detail. Just tells you to go buy some primer lol.

EPDM rubber all the way. So much easier to work with and it's just way less prone to breaking.

Yes some pvc liners are good quality. Also if they are protected from sunlight and frost it's absolutely possible that they will last.

Can you please share some details? In what region do you live? I.m interested in a pvc liner but i.m afraid of the sun and winter problems... I live in a temperate climate region where winters are cold and summers are hot...how did you protected the liner to last so long?

Yes only if you leave it alone. If you are experimenting around the edges adding waterfalls. Getting in it and sometimes rocks falling in then no.

Hi Lee, I'm trying to create a wildlife pond. Dug the pond today. Now that I've watched the video, it's got to be Butyl. However where do I buy it from? My pond will be roughly 2.5 x 1.5m. Am I right in thinking I should perhaps get 3x4m liner and that it should cost me £115 or?
Do you recommend any sites? Thanks

Rubber is a good choice. I would recommend a local aquatic store. Our shop is based in Stapleford Nottingham. Your size and price seem about right.

@@nuruzzaman4893 A 3.5 by 4 m in our shop would be about £100. Hi quality rubber.
