Where can i find the full welcome script e.g. Center name, Centre number etc.....that whole script for testers to speak?

4:40 "The candidate uses a lot of fillers here and throughout their responses". So yes, that would affect your marks. Better to not say "aaaa" and "eeee" too much, although a little bit is fine.

is the speaking test still optional for 0511 or it becomes obligatory for all students ?

My teacher said it depends on schools, the school chooses if speaking is optional or not.

That is not the way you have to talk, it's better if you don't stutter. And yes, it will affect your marks.
