- Cambodian Donut or Nom Korng is a very popular snack. It's chewy and sweet with palm sugar flavor. It's easy to make at home.
I. Dough
2 1/2cup [310g] Glutinous rice flour
1/2cup [50g] Rice flour
1/3cup [70] Sugar
1/2tsp Salt
1tsp Baking powder
1/4cup [100ml] Coconut Milk
1cup [220ml to 250ml] Water
II. Caramel
1cup Palm sugar or Brown sugar
1Tbsp Sesame seeds

Maybe not enough sugar in the dough
So good 😊 I tried it but I had some issue with the donut exploding very hard. What did I do wrong? I used vegetable oil

Can we freeze the remaining dough? Or refrigerated?
