I've never seen the package ceviche here in Chicago or the pozole rojo. I did get the Verde about 6 months ago & it was really good. Even had a hit of lime in it. So I'm getting the other pozole if I see it

I am not going to subscribe to your channel until you tell us what costco your at that's important to these stores different things

A few things.
1) could you tell us which Costco, or what area if you don’t want to be too specific?
2). Could you divide your videos between useful objects (aka, lazy susans, storage, dishes, towels, etc), AND junk food (garbage that some of us have no interest in eating, because it’s not real food and while not all food that comes in packages is fake food (tuna- real. Cheese- real) all fake food comes in packages, so could you please divide them up, so I can watch the hand gadgets videos and the REAL food videos?
And so, I can just skip those videos, as well as not get my stomach turned, by looking at big hulking packages of Oreo ice cream ‘sandwiches.’ 🤢
Can l suggest trying dried figs for a sweet tooth? Even sweeter, are dates. A little too sweet, though fabulous in shakes with almond butter shakes. Look up recipes for shakes with sweet dates, nut butters, bananas, etc….very ASTF.,packed with good proteins and vitamins. And depends on any allergies too, but anything with whole foods will satiate you quicker.
Btw, this is coming from someone who was once a carb and sweets JUNKIE. I was raised on garbage. And fought with a parent who ate much better than I did. As a child, I knew even back then, that ‘food is medicine.’
So, there was always the push pull relationship with junk food. So if I can overcome, I believe most of us can, as well. Besides, whole foods are called whole foods for a reason. Once you start incorporating an apple here (especially apples if you like them) or a banana there, cheap…great source of potassium, you begin to fill yourself up on whole calories, instead of the ‘empty’ calories that makes up the majority of calories in overly processed foods.
Sorry, if this comes off as preachy. I’m genuinely concerned about the state of people’s diets. Including my own. I never exclude myself from a ‘royal we’ critique. Cheers. And thanks for pointing out the deals.
