Jess how would you recommend going about getting trained up as a cutperson? I've a background as a physio tech and I've done therapy work on athletes but not wrapping and cuts.
@mike mcdonald hey mike Texas alone is about 9 tines the size of little ole Ireland 🇮🇪 and easy to get plenty of work in other states if you learn your trade correctly and put your mind to it. Usually you would need to find and research a decent cutman and handwrapping course. Do it, If they say you're a cutma after one day course run a Mile 🤣🤣 let me check with some of my counterparts state side and see if they can recommend anyone for you. Or what route would be the best by way of Texas
There's no way I could be a cutman. Just stretching a cut open makes me squeamish. Don't mind elbowing someone in the face but the effects of doing that really isn't nice.
Different countries ask for different things but generally irs not a job a layman can qualify you to do. Usually great cuts people come from the sports itself. Most of us are retired fighters of some sort of Combat Sports. But this doesn't mean you can't be great at it of you haven't been a fighter.
