with all the nerfs to shapeshift staffs i wonder what would be the overall result of making the stats in form be the same as in human form, it would probably buff panther but create more consistency in stat expectations? let bear be tanking in both perhaps? want the damage from cloth armor then you have to sacrifice the stat change in form? overall it seems they arent that easy to balance

Personally i like the changing stats. But they are a balancing nightmare
