For a very long time - I was searching for a good thakkali kuzhambu recipe, and finally my search ended with your recipe.
I prepared this recipe and had it with rice this afternoon, it was awesome.

I don't hv to increase the volume ..it is easily audible ...one sh kp in mind that it is for the camera..not just talking !Btw. .your cook top is a hot plate? I tried in Pune but they ask me what that is! Is it btr than using induction or gas stove? N the utensil in which u md d kolambu..what is it?

Thank you for you kind feedback 😊The cook top is a electric cook top from ‘Mora ‘ , the advantage is that you can place any vessel on it unlike induction, but with my experience I would suggest that induction stoves are more good and workable , here we are left with minimum options so we had to chose this cook top . About the vessel it is ‘pyroflame ‘ ceramic cookware and we can place these vessels on any stove other than induction.
