This test is unrealistic. They have very strict security tests. A few years ago, I watched a crash test of the VW Passat from 2010. According to that test, the Passat is the worst of all in its class. I can interpret this to mean that with such rigorous humiliating tests, Volkswagen is permanently belittled because of the dieselgate affair.

This is not necessarily a bad rating. I have this car, and I’m comfortable driving knowing the results, and it’s a super nice car.
