Thank you so very much Damien 😊💓!!!
I live in Rhode Island and have really been thinking a lot about starting making cakes that are gluten free. My health issues have made me to eat gluten free and there are very places that I can find items to buy, so I have been making my own. My friends and family have been my taste testers and they all like my "Perfect Pineapple Carrot Cake."
Thanks again for providing a comprehensive video for our Little Ol'Rhode Island. May God continue to bless you and your family 🙏🌷🙏💗🙂
    Miss Monique 🎉😊🙏👍🎉

What's disturbing about this is that it feels like this law caters to bakers. They could have done so much better considering the amount of "caters" throughout Rhode Island.

I know this might be a dumb question but what about sales tax? I've read it and called them but no one wants to give me a direct answer
