@davidtheiceberg because you feel every instrument and the depth of the music, and they might throw a couple of extra instruments to enhance the sound. it just goes to show the band's talent that they can outdo their songs live, which is something you don't see a lot nowadays with the current 'popstars' who usually can't sing for shit but end up with big record deals :P
