I just did this to my 91 W150. I went out after dark to adjust them. Welllll.....the top bolt of course is seized to that plastic adapter inside and I broke the plastic. I jimmy rigged a screw, washer and one of those speaker washer clips and its in there but still to high. Do you know where I could get any of those parts? Great video by the way! Definitely came in handy before I started the job!!
Thank you so much. If it is the adjustor screw with the plastic auto parts stores should be able to get those easy. I broke one on my Chevy c10 and they had them. Did a search for dodge and they had them for my truck as well.
The factory adjusters are crap. order dorman 924-5104 and take a razor blade to the shoulders. Trim off like a sliver of each shoulder above the base. They fully snap in and are way stronger than the chrysler OEM. OEM wiggles around even when you can make them snap in without breaking. These are rock solid.
First off, just came across your channel and love your truck man! That things is sweet. I have an 87 w250 I'm fixing up now. As far as the headlamps go, I like simplicity and functionality. I think I'm gonna give these a go! Also, any clue where I can get the same style replacement mirrors/mirror glass inserts for our 3-post tow mirrors? I love the ones we have and don't want to switch out to a universal mirror.
Yes. Lights look good. Can we talk about just how nice that truck is
Thank you so much for the comment. It is an amazing truck. There is nothing like a cummins with a manual transmission.
You can talk about whatever you want baby girl
Love my H4's too much to let them go... they do make LED's that fit them though, if one burns out I might try them. Great days to you and yours !
Hey if they are not broke don't fix them right? I hope you are doing well and staying healthy.
Thanks, so far so good !
Ordered a set, supposed to be here today 3/23/21 can't wait
I have enjoyed mine so far. Went out the last two nights what a better driving experience.
Try them out and love them thanks so much for sharing this video and helping me make this decision and purchasing these
I struggled with almost spending 400 on the ridged industry lights but just didn't want to.
@@NVSRides just look them up they look to be the same what's the difference brand name?
Seems like it to me. I went cheap and have loved them.
Nice truck. Did you have to use adapter or did you plug directly into factory wiring? I have an 1983 W150, having issues now that they're installed.
Mine just plugged right in and see still working great. Not sure what to tell you. I have them on older vehicles as well with no issues.
What grille inserts are those and where can I buy em? Thanks man
What kind of lift kit do you have on, buying one of these next month

I bought those headlights using the link you provided and the lights did not fit in the sockets in my 1987 1st gen Dodge.
I am sorry to hear that. My buddy just put them in his 86 and didn't mention any modifications. I didn't do any on my truck either.
How much would you charge to make that bumper
What front bumper is that?? I would like to get it for my 1990!!
It was built at home.
Any idea where to get those grill inserts
I just picked up a 91 W150. Where in the world can I find parts for it?
Depending on what you need you will have to go to several different places. People parting out trucks is always good as well.

So these lights came shipped with the 3 prong plug ?
They came ready to go. They also fit my 85 Chevy.
