Absolutely wrong in every conceivable way. I'd sooner get deleted by a FJ revenge crit than lose a fight because the heavy I outmaneuvered for a whole fight accidentally brushed me with laser beams or the soldier who couldn't land a direct to save his life splashed me with a crocket.

For what i see, that rocket isn't going into spy's direct direction, so, it will almost but certanly not hit spy. So he is safe... from that rocket, i guess...
