This is what I love to see from a contractor, a can do attitude and they don't quit until the job is complete. Really tired of dealing with contractors who perform slipshod workmanship. Nice job, nice clients. A job well done. We need you in our state.
It's amazing the emotional and financial toll these infestations take on people. They must really appreciate the work you do. My four year old loved seeing the massive rat too.
The Monsters ate an entire Crop of potatoes right from under me!!!!
I had planters with little legs... They made a hole from underneath, dug through the dirt, and ate every potato still attached to the plant without killing the plant... Didnt't notice till i flipped them to get my taters and saw the holes!!!!
Not as bad as having them in the house... I only had one come in, my scardycat dog stomped cause she was too afraid to bite it. I think all the others saw and stayed out.

i have fallen head over heels with the twins! WHERE OH WHERE DO I FIND “twins” near me.. i’ve hired 2 pest control companies.. and am still hearing noise in walls / ceilings/ kitchen..had trapping done with nothing caught.. then had an exclusion done for 2500.00 now they are even louder .. i have been told numerous times the don’t come thru plumbing.. SMH..i believe they have been in my house since i bought it 3 years and are well established im almost ready to pay for the twins to travel to buffalo ny.. cuz my quality of life sucks..
Why American homes for centuries have designed and built this way? Such shame on government and engineers.
I have a question for you guys, have you ever thought of getting a little robot that has a camera attached. So tight spaces like the crawl space in the garage you can drive it in there and find everything? Thought maybe easier to use that so you can find problems
It looks like America is infested with rats 🐀 whereas in UK 🇬🇧 it os infested with mice 🐁 . Mice are much harder to catch and eradicate.

P.S. if you dont have a 'ferret' cam get one. Amazon has 1/4 inch endoscopes for Plumbing and other work... I literally just used mine 4 days ago to see a damaged beam before it snapped. Saved me Thousands for 24.99
You can drill a 5/8 inch hole anywhere and stick the camera inside and see what the problem is. They are tricky to twist and bend just right... but way better than cutting a big square hole just to have a look.

Sticky traps with bait underneath
You have to locate the entry point into the home abs seal off, . Then keep ALL food source out of site. Then start trapping.
That scene terrified me…..
I would treat this like a demonic haunted house by leaving everything behind and go somewhere else. We get a mouse in the house one at a time. We set up glue traps which has captured 3 and we bought a TomCat trap using this TomCat black ooze you put in the middle. Today, one was caught. I inspected the house for openings and closed everyone except one under the deck. I’ve noticed we need to find a metal cover for the three tubes connected to each downspouts. I also need to put metal mesh and metal cover on pipes on roof.

Have not seen or video taped any new Mouse activity in weeks now…..But we are always going to be on the lookout and ready at all times. Entry point is the attic…..Waiting for the tree trimmers to get to our house soon….They are very busy. Gotta get that neutralizer spray from you guys too!

I´m starting to wonder, are you guys actually twins or just two very similar looking brothers years appart? One of you does look a couple years younger and btw, he is the more handsome one, why? The twins are so funny. In Alaska we have shrews and our duplex had some and our traps were catching some when it stopped we rescued a cat.After that no more shrews. Some cats do nothing but this cat attacks anything that moves including his own tail.
How much did all that work cost?
Could cost tens of thousands depending on the level of infestation. After the rats are removed the damage they caused needs to be repaired.
What I discovered and now realize is that commercial exterminators are totally worthless....and they don't seem to go the distance to try to exterminate vermin. They show up...make a couple of attempts and tell you a shit story telling you that they tried and them move on to their next customer. That's totally unacceptable.

What do you do when you're fighting a war on Rats, and 100+ kills in you get to the Immortal Three Rambo rats?
Took me 2 hours of sitting still and silent with a BB gun to take out the Queen and now the last 2 big ones are practicing the Dark Arts and gave me a stye in my scope eye.
I'm thinking of getting 50lbs of Dry ice and scooping it into every hole then sealing it up. Would be the most expensive since I gotta get the ice delivered and the minimum is 50lbs... but I cant use poison due to cross contamination with pets and wildlife, and I cant use gopher gassers since one of their tunnels leads under the house.
P.S. The reason it got to become a war was my stupidity... I have bird and animal feeders, Used to leave them open at night and let the rats eat too... till I saw a few too many 6 weeks later. Really hate to kill anything but Norway rats ARE invasive and destructive so don't have a choice.
Bit of advice, putting small bird seeds UNDER the pressure plates on those cheap Plastic Amazon traps instead of the little cups boosts the kill rates 10fold
I literally only have two adults some juviniles and ? babies... so 6 active rats, just they're the Genius ones that survived a life of War.
Curious about the vent solution. If you guys have plumbing certification, which I’m not doubting here, my question is: why didn’t you finish the pipe run through the roof as per code? Couldn’t have added too much to the client’s bill. The roof pitch looked fairly flat so the pipe run wouldn’t have been excessive and unmanageable. Not having seen the property perhaps there were other construction considerations that came into play. Not condemning, just curious.
was thinking the same thing. I imagine this bill was PLENTY big. They have a fridge with a monitor and threw a oven that could have easily been cleaned away "because" so its not like they have an aversion to spending money

When I look at the plumbing over there in the USA, it looks the same as the way we install plumbing here in the UK, but when it comes to the electrical , everything is different from the way we install the electrical here in the UK, from the sockets right through to the voltage.
I would have never stayed in there after seeing 1 rat.

let me save you 30 minutes. Get a cat, or even better 2 or 5. When i moved into that house at the edge of the city....well it had a rat problem. what the rats didn´t know...i brought my 3 killer hunters with me. Problem solved itself pretty quickly.
This definitely helps with outside rat issues, but if you don’t find the entry points and seal up cats won’t stop them.
Do you have any suggestions to get rid of the new hybrid Norway rat/Kangaroo rats that have jumpers on the back feet, run FAST, are super intelligent, and have just taken over the home. Tried everything to get rid of them. They jump off the sticky black rat traps like it was nothing. They wont eat the plaster/baking soda combo, and they are so smart, they wont touch the snap traps.
